Earlier this week, at the age of 67, he became a homicide victim, gunned down behind his St. Clair County home. It appears two men tried to steal his beloved Chevy Camaro, affectionately named “Babe.”
“Brian was a pacifist. He didn’t believe in violence, so this is hard to comprehend,’' said his sister, Carole Tatum. “He was my baby brother. It’s hard.”
The shooting happened at Shaw’s Ladonna Drive home in Odenville.
According to friends and family, Shaw was in the three-bay, industrial-style garage behind his home working on one of his cars. He loved to buy and sell cars, take them apart and rebuild them. Most recently he had bought Babe, the 2002 convertible Camaro that had logged only 16,000 miles.
It was shortly before 8 p.m. when his neighbors heard what sounded like gunfire.
“They heard, ‘pop pop,’ and his wife said, ‘that sounded like gunfire,’’' Tatum said. “He came out of his house and saw Brian laying there and told his wife to call 911. He grabbed his shotgun and went back outside.”
One suspect was running down the street. The second had driven off as soon as the neighbor appeared brandishing a long gun.
Shaw was pronounced dead at his home within 30 minutes of the shooting.

Not anymore. This incident is the third one I've read today in which an innocent person was killed or kidnapped by a "minority." In one incident the killer was an illegal alien and the victim was a Latino infant. In the other two, the criminals were black and the victims were white. All three instances occurred in Dem-run cities. The perpetrators all had prior arrests and were let back out on the street by Dem judges and the beyond-lenient system in those localities.
That is one of the most depressing posts ever-——we are living in a world gone mad.

Of course, it would be attacked as racist.
As of 2019 a White person was murdered by a black in the US every 12 hours.
It's probably much worse than that but that's using FBI data, which they admit is incomplete.
That's going a bit far, IMO. However, I would not mind seeing something like that happen to those jurors who acquitted the black man who murdered a man to steal his vehicle. He even admitted to doing it. It would strike me as fairly hilarious if each one of them got killed by the dude in the same manner.
Same with rape. I recall the 2009 FBI crime stats report ( before Holder changed it). There were ZERO white on black rapes. It was a. national report!
This is one of the toughest stories I have read in quite a while.........Just damn!

As if 10 years wasn’t already too light, the judge suspended it into a meaningless sentence and another go at murdering someone else.
What do they have to lose, they're doing life already?
i find it hard to comprehend people exist that do not understand people and life, or the concept of the worst case scenario, self defense, having to do personally unpleasant things....
it happens and they still don’t change their minds
they are the same people who have self hatred because of white guilt

Read the whole article. Seemed like a nice man. Always there for friends and family needing help. Could have been anyone of us. Touched by many tragedies in his life. Real tragedies, not victim status tragedies. Teared up reading his friends kind words about him,

Well Brian, you died for your convictions. Violence believes in you and and there are plenty of people who appreciate your convictions.

Exactly right. And who was it that said; “It you love peace, prepare for war”?
That’s the case in about 90% of the crime stories I read. Repeat felons previously convicted of vicious/violent crimes and now running the streets either because of suspended sentences or early release. Thank you U.S. Government.
Yeah they murdered a decent civilized person for his car. Then they end up caught and without benefit of the stolen car. Utter trash criminal morons of the lowest scum. Couldn’t work hard and legally pay for their own nice car?
