Washington D.C. police are offering $10,000 for any information about 42-year-old Maryland resident Kenneth Miles Davis' whereabouts
Police say Davis shot a woman in a road rage incident on May 19 while her two kids were in the car
The driver was struck in the shoulder and a 5-year-old was hit by the shattered glass while the 11-year-old was traumatized
Surveillance footage from the event shows Davis getting out of his car and approaching a gray sedan that he starts shooting
He then turns back and begins to shoot the car behind him, before getting into his Maserati and making a U-turn
Once apprehended, police say, Davis will be charged with assault with a dangerous weapon

Not really sure why everyone is surprised by this. DC’s demographics is 45% POC, so it’s just par for the course.

I think the Black community thought that all the hate and insults that the BLM threw at Whites would frighten them into not complaining about an incident like this.
Well, they were so wrong. They only turned the spotlight on their behavior and it is not pretty and Whites are getting more candid about what they think about it all.

It is not clear all states have "attempted murder" as a separate charge.
Many states have the generic "attempt" moniker which can be used to modify many crimes.
Hopefully this lady’s family member finds this slug first and meets out proper punishment.

A question to you—would you be required to show the footage to an LEO, who recognized you had the camera, requested that he see it, but you did not want to?
Not sure. Then too, whether or not he had the adapter for the small chip for the laptop computer they carry in their car. There was about forty-five minutes of footage on the chip before coming up behind the bicyclist. I know you can fast forward to the incident. It would have been fun to watch the guys expression after the cop took that guy’s statement then shown him the video.
