Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, the Chief Scientist at the World Health Organisation (WHO), was apparently served a legal notice by Indian Bar Association (IBA) on May 25, 2021, for her alleged act of spreading disinformation and thus misleading the people of India, in order to fulfill her own agenda, so the plaintiff’s action declares. It is reported that Dr. Soumya Swaminathan deliberately ignored and suppressed the FLCCC and BIRD Panel’s data regarding the effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin. Moreover, the nation of India has included ivermectin in their national protocol and, as TrialSite recently reported, in states where the treatment is in wide use an unprecedented reduction of cases is now reported. Of course, it’s difficult to prove a direct correlation without a designed study but the turnaround in cases in Uttar Pradesh, one of the states with a population-wide ivermectin regimen, is indeed striking.

According to entries in the Indian media, the notice is based on the research and clinical trials carried out by ‘Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance’ (FLCCC) and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) Panel, who have presented enormous data that strengthen the case for the recommendation of Ivermectin in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

However, the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi have refused to accept her stand and have retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under ‘May Do’ category, for patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation, as stated in ‘The National Guidelines for COVID-19 management’ last updated on May 17, 2021.

In order to stop Dr. Soumya Swaminathan from causing further damage to the life of citizens of this country, IBA has decided to initiate legal action against her and as part of the process, a legal notice has been served upon her.

The question is ...as President, if he knew he was right and I am sure he did, why did he let any of this happen to our country?

We have some of the very best medical doctors in the world right here in this country...and he let them be censored in favor or his Operation Warp Speed?

There is a lot that went on this past year and hindsight being what it is...at some point Trump knew everything ...and yet he allowed people to be denied life saving treatment, he allowed Fauxi and friends to mislead the public, he allowed all of this to happen to the country he professes to love. He allowed this to happen to America.

He had a lot of power at his disposal under the Emergency Declaration, he left a lot of it on the table over being called ‘hitler,tyrant, etc.’ And that has and is leading us right into a true fascist state.

No matter how history is written about this time, the Pandemic will not look favorably on former President Trump. All his good efforts will fade into eternity to be forgotten and the only thing remembered is how he didn’t follow through with what he knew to be true.

Trump supported any and all treatments and therapies that he was informed held promise.

Had he impeded any development of a ‘promising’ treatment, he would have had to have a basis which did not exist at the time.

Trump bravely promoted Hydroxychloroquine while duplicitous government science apparaciks were orchestrating its suppression even going so far as to claim it killed patients with covid-19.

Trump distanced himself and criticized Fauci commenting that Fauci made “too many mistakes.”

All of Trump’s actions were managerial towards a positive outcome as opposed to dictatorial actions that were sure to cause conflict and disunity especially as full facts were hidden from the public.

Although certain Americans knew of Fauci’s involvement with the Wuhan Lab before the Pandemic, it is just now coming to light to the general public how corrupt Fauci was and is. Against a media blackout and an FBI that was traitorous, Trump’s only recourse was to plead with McConnell for an agreeable replacement for FBI Director and McConnell would not have the votes.

Thus, Trump resolved to work harder than any President in history to do what he could do as President and to leave controversies in plain view for the public to prospectively digest and act upon.

The public is just now getting active and organized especially overwhelmingly via for example Dan Shultz’s Precinct Project. Without Trump’s revealing of multitudinous and egregious wrongdoings, Americans would not be informed and thereby not motivated to take action.
