Sounds like a great business plan. /s
That old joke about vegans:
“How do you know if someone is a vegan?
—They #&$$@! tell you!”
Substitute “vaccinated.”
I like it! We’re at the point of wrapping up achievement of herd immunity. Masks (of the type typically worn by “civilians”) were stupid all along and they are absurdly stupid now.
If people want to wear face masks have at it. If they don’t well that’s fine too. Charging customers for wearing one or tying fines for no vaccinations are no business of any eateries. Scrooge them and don’t go there.
May I charge a Nuisance Fee whenever someone around me behaves in an ill-mannered fashion?
I’m fully vaccinated and wouldn’t wear a mask there for that reason, but I’d still avoid it. I realize it’s just a conservative form of virtue signaling and not something they’d likely enforce, but even suggesting the idea of judging the content of customer conversations is enough to make me pass. I just want a bite to eat and a drink, not your politics.
Fine. Let’s see how many customers they lose?
Owner must be a #ComDem_Covid19_Dictator, like the Mayors and Governors who think they are God.
I’ve seen this card played before. Customers vanish.
OPPs. I got that wrong. I reread the title and article.
The owner will gain customers because he is stopping the #ComDem Covid19 Insanity.
I am sick of businesses, large and small, making political statements. Pro VAX or anti-VAX. I don’t care. Just keep your damn politics to yourself and serve me good food, sell me a great product, or whatever.
Just keep your damn opinions to yourself.
But if you come into my store wearing a bio-hazard suit I will still serve you.
Because, why wouldn't I?
Mistreat one of my employees however and you will be asked to leave and never return.
Good.
I wouldn’t normally approve, but it’s about time that businesses started hitting back against the othering of unvaccinated people.
Coronavirus PING!
We just got home from the beach - we saw maybe two masks the whole time (Ga and FL). That includes gas stations, grocery stores, beaches, restaurants- everything was busy and packed. We have rarely seen anyone with masks in GA for the past few months and our cases are still dropping - lower now than this time last year, despite our vax rates also being some of the lowest in the US
Cute little place, beautiful location, so-so food but what great attitude.
You go, guys.
