People get excited about this “stuff” and it is cool...but then they create a fairy tale for its’ existence.

That seems too large to be an arrowhead. Maybe a spear point?
Those arrowheads are worthless once broken, hence no ‘Arrowhead Repairmen’ skeletons have ever been found! ;)
We have a TON of flint rock in the ground here in SW Wisconsin. There are lots of old Indian settlements around any sized body of water, so arrowheads are relatively easy to find, but you generally find more ‘defects’ than perfect specimens.
