So would you expect it to be in the Apple and Google app stores? Remember what happened to the Parlor app? BANNED.
You can directly download a nonstore app and install it on either an Android or iPhone but that requires a setting change.

Every web browser works fine for me. Desktop internet access is not going away, regardless of how much mobile access is wanted/needed.

Don't need an app, I just start typing "free" in the address bar and the browser automatically fills in the FR URL.
It does the same for me at work. One of these days IT is going to find that someone keeps visiting this Free Republic site and investigate. I imagine one of two things will happen: FR gets blacklisted and put on the list of sites we can't access, or I get fired. Maybe both. But it will be worth it :-P
