I just dont understand why finding out details and facts behind the evolution of the january 6 protest that spilled into the federal buildings is getting shot down by the republicans. Trump was cleared of being connected to any of that.
An investigation is a horrible thing if used as a weapon. They are intentionally unfair and are a form of punishment. In particular they are meant to make people afraid to oppose those driving the investigation by ruining the lives of those who dared defy them.
The first kind investigation would focus on the lies of the Left and the murder of Asli Babbit . This will not happen with the Left running congress. Its all about demonizing and punishing those that want to protest the election being stolen.

Here is one good reason why. All the Antifa riots that resulted in deaths and terrible property damage really need to be investigated. Before any resources are spent on investigating the Reichstag Fire, er, January 6 “insurrection”, these real, organized and deadly events should be investigated first.
And by the way, any investigation of January 6 that doesn’t look into whether it was instigated or assisted by the left wing bureaucrats and politicians in charge in DC, would be invalid and biased in it’s inception.
You're correct about it only working when flame is applied, but if the crack (fuel) runs out the flame will also run out. That is basic fire 101. Fuel+oxygen+heat equals fire. I know because of my own civilian and Navy experience.

I just don't understand why the people that have already been arrested are being denied bail, are being held in solitary confinement, why some of them are being mistreat, and why the hell the man who shot unarmed Ashli Babbitt down like a dog is not being prosecuted...... :(

I'm not sure you got my point. As much as I'm against armed insurrection, the ONLY way it could work is with individual American cells if you will. Targeting is everything. Ask any sniper. Again, I don't support nor encourage such action, but it's the only way to make the Socialist/Communists fear true Americans.
AOC just said she was in fear for life while blocks away from the DC protests. Think about that. Then think about doxxing our worst - we don't need Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. There are other means of communication. Stand outside their homes with a bullhorn or loud metal music to make them think about how they are destroying our Republic. Do the same to Media honchos and University deans. Give the same crap back to them.
It's time we start playing by their rules as long as legal. If and when they come to my community, I would do so and gladly be arrested, as they are and then get released. Imagine the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, 14th lawsuits. Not to mention so many rioters being released without bail in 2020.

Try 2 fake impeachments, endless inquiries into anything Trump-related, Mueller, midnight FBI raids, anything conservative...Refusal to investigate Joe or Hunter, one-sided committees.
There is zero chance of getting a fair investigation. It will just be more lies and media spin. If it could be guaranteed to be a complete, thorough and impartial investigation I would love it.
The Jan 6th commission should be called the CNN/MSNBC ratings enhancement act designed to provide two years of anti Trump propaganda programming. All those degenerate talking heads need jobs ya know.
