SARS-CoV-2 proteins were measured in longitudinal plasma samples collected from 13 participants who received two doses of mRNA-1273 vaccine. 11 of 13 participants showed detectable levels of SARS-CoV-2 protein as early as day one after first vaccine injection. Clearance of detectable SARS-CoV-2 protein correlated with production of IgG and IgA.
Here, we provide evidence that circulating SARS-CoV-2 proteins are present in the plasma of participants vaccinated with the mRNA-1273 vaccine. We report antigen and serological data of the mRNA-1273 vaccine in 13 healthcare workers at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Ultrasensitive single-molecule array (Simoa) assays were used for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens spike (S1-S2 unit), S1, and nucleocapsid and antibodies IgG, IgA, and IgM against SARS-CoV-2 spike, S1, receptor binding domain (RBD), and nucleocapsid, as previously described6,7. The ultralow detection limits of the Simoa assays enable detection of antigen and antibody production in the early stages post vaccination and quantification of changes in levels over the course of both vaccine injections.

There doesn’t seem to be a negative conclusion in the paper when you read the PDF at the site; the paper seems to read, at first glace thru, that the mrna vaccines are doing what they should do, creating initial antigens to which the body develops antibodies for. The subject they took the blood from appear to young and healthy at an average age of 24 years. There were some questions about certain aspects of the mechanisms(s1 mechanism) as being a good or bad thing but there was nothing in the discussion piece in the paper suggesting that those who got the shots should prepare for their own funerals immediately.
Think of all the Freepers who said there was no way SARS-CoV-2 proteins could get into the blood or be excreted in breast milk.
The point is these are experimental injections and there is much to be learned about the effects, the effectiveness & long term effects. Could there be safer approaches than injecting an experimental compound into hundreds of millions of people, an approach like ivermectin? YMMV
Recent research has shown that the spike proteins themselves are harmful; but we were previously reassured that they remained in the cell and did not circulate in the bloodstream.
This new research suggests otherwise.

well, i’m not an immunologist, but i think that’s the basic idea of any vaccine. antigens like the spike protein are supposed to get out of the cell so the person’s immune system can see them and make antibodies to them.
if they’re not getting out of the cell, then you might have a much bigger problem, imo. so i’m a bit confused about the

Thank you for posting. Detectable spike protein in peripheral plasma of 3 of 13 mRNA vax recipients — spike protein not degraded by the macrophages is huge. Authors admit “The mechanisms underlying release of free S1 and ... detection of the intact spike protein remain unclear.”
Of course, she could have gotten her Ph.D. The same way Dr. Jilly did.

If these people show no signs of COVID disease then I see no problem.
yes. and that’s the controversy about the spike protein, which the high statistical incidence of sickness induced by the mRNA vaccines on vaers and other european reporting on the side effects are indicating. that means there is a statistical risk of getting sick from the vaccine on the order of about 1/10,000 to 1/1,000. frankly, that is the about the probability of a normal healthy person getting extremely sick from the virus, itself (i.e., it is not the bubonic plague), it’s lethality (CCP bioweapon that it may certainly be), is on the order of a bad flu. and that’s probably the CCP’s design. they wanted something to cause panic, not really cause the plague which would cause China the plague too.
so based on a straight cost benefit risk analysis, a normal young, healthy person shouldn’t bother with the vaccines, based on that relatively high risk.
so the science question is: is it a benign antigen (the spike) being produced by the cell based on the mRNA designed by moderna and pitzer, etc. or is it causing problems on it’s own without the rest of sars covid-2’s replication machinery capsid? if non-spike pieces of sars is there in their study, then that suggests the person has an active infection, lab contamination, or the vaccine is doing something very bad (see below). that’s partly what you are pushing with your comment. but it’s still really an open scientific question, imo. because as many have pointed out, we haven’t studied this vaccine. it is experimental and fast tracked supposedly because of the CCP virus emergency. and that’s another reason to be cautious, unless you are in a high-risk group of dying from covid19 with co-morbidities.
another question i have is there some how a mechanism for the spike to basically become it’s own virus by taking over the cell’s genetic machinery though some reverse transcriptase mechanism, which i’ve heard suggested here and by some doctors.
all these questions should be determinable via bio-science. so why aren’t the studies being done? posthaste. that and the vaers data on the vaccine getting people sicker than the virus itself gives me pause since i’m basically healthy and trust my own natural immune system to fight sars covid-2 off on my own. is why i’m holding off on getting the vaccine just yet.

You are exactly correct. Spike proteins being produced for the immune system to find and produce antigens for is exactly what is supposed to occur. If they were just sitting inside the cells that entire concept flies out the window.
This an attempt to create hysteria over the exact process the vaccines are supposed to do actually occurring as though something unexpected is occurring. Sort of like the article posted about the "alarming" finding that a lot of people getting the vaccine are reporting sore arms, fatigue, and mild fever after getting their shots...something that had been very wildly reported as a common side effect and that every person getting the shots are told up front to expect. All to create fake hysteria.

i’d remind you though not everyone has a science degree and was taught this stuff in college or HS. ignorance plays a role too in conjunction with misinformation and outright propaganda from those with an evil agenda.
i think the CCP is the one at bottom creating all this “hysteria” through their surrogates here. i think they’re just sitting back and laughing at all of us.

This means that if those people donate blood, then all of the recipients will then have SARS-CoV-2 proteins in their systems.
