This past year the COVID-19 pandemic has affected every facet of our society, perhaps nowhere more starkly than the education sector. Despite the massive disruption caused by COVID-19, teachers have persevered, with the best interests of students at the top of their minds. They deserve an enormous amount of thanks as well as the continued support from all of us to carry on in this challenging environment. Appreciation for teachers should not last just one week – they should constantly feel our gratitude.

Most of them deserve nothing but our scorn for what they’ve done to this Republic.

All touchy-feely stuff. That’s the left. It’s like thanking vets for their service. Since being a vet doesn’t make one a better person being a teacher becomes a sacred subject or does it? The question is how do we stand up to this touch-feely crap? Calling it crap gets us no where.
Teachers are not heros, no heros work at American schools.

I could literally right a book of antidotes detailing my dealings with the school system for some years, that includes teachers and administrators. And it would all be classified as abject insanity.
Some of the interactions I had with them were so absurd, as to resemble Looking-Glass land.
Most of them are indoctrinating our youth to hate our country.

Most of the union bosses are commies. But the rank and file pretty much reflect society as a whole. You’ve got looney left teachers. And you’ve got solid conservative MAGA teachers. The problem, of course, is that the conservative teachers can longer freely express their opinions. So you don’t hear much from them.
As to how those commie union bosses get elected in the first place, I could tell you stories that would make Stalin blush.

The vast majority of teachers can go straight to hell. They stayed home...at the expense of our children, and collected full pay.
They took trips to Florida, Hawaii, etc. when no one else was allowed...

Public school teacher deserve to be criminally and mentally investigated monthly. Plus be required to wear ankle monitoring devices.
public school u ion teachers yes. Private and parochial school teachers who have been at work every day teaching in difficult conditions deserve our thanks - same as all the other workers in every job or profession who go to work every day in difficult conditions rather than sit on the couch drawing government money
