The establishment media’s fixation on Donald Trump before and after his astonishing 2016 victory over failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has sustained itself post-presidency.

The reasons for the media’s focus on the Donald is hard to quantify. But the 2016 result of the media’s attention was interpreted by a BBC headline: “Donald Trump: How the media created the president,” which profiled the “evidence of the failure of journalism,” as Professor Jeff Jarvis puts it.
The Washington Times wrote a different explanation, “Donald Trump, imperfect though he is, has all the right enemies: the pundits, the ‘social scientists,’ the Beltway insiders, the academics and the righteous mongers of failed policies.”

The media (hell the entire world) knows for a fact that the Rats stole the election and now we are stuck with a Chinese Puppet. They know full well that Trump is still the true legitimate POTUS. They fear him and MAGA nation.
No stable country will go into a long term trade agreement with Biden because they know it will not last. The American people did not vote for that filthy impostor. Biden and the Rats are going to start a World War. Plan accordingly.

They’re not only deadly afraid of Trump - but also of his supporters.
Their reasoning seems to be - if they continue to demonize Trump, maybe they will eventually be successful in discrediting him among his supporters and will be able to wean them away from him and his policies in favor of politicians who are more “acceptable.”

Not too long ago, the CNN president, Jeff Zucker, was caught saying that since 2016, the network’s format has been “Anti-Trump, all the time.” Therefore the headlines shouldn’t surprise anybody, least of all those reading this thread.

I don’t think so. Trump supporters do not believe a word these guys say, and they know it.
I hope CNN is still fixated with Mr. Trump in 2024, even if he doesn’t run again.
I wish Trump was as much of a threat as they believe him to be.

It reminds me of the WWE scripting strategy....you can only get paying customers into the stands, if there is a magnificent ‘bad-guy’ fighting a magnificent ‘good-guy’. As much as the NY Times an WaPo would like to say adios to Trump....they need him.
It makes sense to me. Trump and the media decided to go to war and fight against each other. Trump still wants to run for president and was one of the reasons for what happened on January 6, 2021. So of course they are still going to go at it. I am actually surprised it’s been this quiet.
They are missing the ratings
