Former President Barack Obama announced on Saturday that their beloved family dog Bo has died.
"Today our family lost a true friend and loyal companion," Obama said in a statement on Twitter about their Portuguese water dog. "For more than a decade, Bo was a constant, gentle presence in our lives—happy to see us on our good days, our bad days, and everyday in between."

I had to put my faithful pal {of over ten years} down this week.
I wasn't the first time I've had to do that, but it will be my last.

Someone else took care of them and they were given away after they left the white house. What a joke.
At least he lived to a ripe old age, instead of being run over by a car.
