It’s funny: all these wonderful progressives in uniform seem to have never even heard of Tarawa or New Guinea or Okinawa or Vietnam. No recognition of the filth, heat, humidity and raw brutality involved with combat in crappy climates.

Do they really believe that war has changed? Can they even imagine what going for days, week, even months in those conditions are like (if you survive)?

Why do they think we have had those very short hair cuts - style?

Good point, one thing I see coming is this will affect morale with the men; all troops should be treated equally.

Hell, we saw the problems starting when they lowered the PT (physical training) standards for females.
