DOJ Attempts to Get Involved in Arizona Ballot Audit – As Predicted DOJ Civil Rights Division Cites Lawfare Activists and Media Reports as Evidence of Concern

Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit. The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws.

Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved.

The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement.

Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules. Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Their first concern [as predicted] centers around ballot security. Again, remember, the Maricopa County election board would not let the auditors use the county tabulation center [SEE HERE] so the ballots and equipment had to be moved to Veterans Memorial Coliseum (AZ State Fairgrounds). Now the DOJ is citing that move as a potential issue for the security of the ballots and auditing procedures.

The first issue relates to a number of reports suggesting that the ballots, elections systems, and election materials that are the subject of the Maricopa County audit are no longer under the ultimate control of state and local elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed.

Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records. The Department is charged with enforcement of provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960,

The people who do not want the truth to be revealed are being forced into the open.

On November 3, DOJ and SCOTUS didn’t get involved because they said its a states’ issue

Now suddenly its a Federal issue.

Maricopa County Board of Elections had no admin password to the tabulators so they were allowing a private company to completely manage the election.

I hope they find that Mark Kelly lost as well just for the chaos factor.

Did the DOJ bother to get involved with the 2000 Florida recount?

So, the Federal government has an obligation to keep the election records safe from audit?

Biden's always forging milestones (/s) .......he was the first Democrat to win the Arizona county since Harry Truman.
This "miracle" happened a few weeks after Biden and his VP candidate, held their first event together .... but no one showed up.

“It’s Kind of Boring Out Here” the Arizona 10 Reporter said, STUNNED After NO ONE Shows Up at Campaign Event with Joe Biden AND Kamala Harris.

(VIDEO) outside the Heard Museum in Phoenix. No one was cheering, no one was lining the streets, no one was holding signs.

No one was outside the venue to greet them....not even a local Democrat. The election was less than 4 weeks away.

Well, the DS will call in the corrupt SCOTUS if the truth comes anywhere near the light of day! This is the beginning of that IMO! When the SCOTUS punted on the lawsuits, they collectively screwed up because now, they have forced state legislatures to get involved without a backup. If the SCOTUS had taken the suits and tanked them, the commies in the states would be able to cite the SCOTUS’ corrupt decisions. Now the DS lack of justice dept. has to step in so it is game on. This is collectively smoking out the DS for the people in the states to see!

If only the DOJ had it’s own Bureau of Investigations so they wouldn’t have to rely on media reports.

Let’s recap.
After a DOJ strategy meeting, an unnamed source from the DOJ takes internal talking points (list of “what if” questions) to his buddy at the WaPo who then creates a series of articles, posing those “what if”s as genuine info (hey, they came from a DOJ source, right?).
Other legal groups, friendly to the investigative units in the DOJ begin spinning the legal ramifications, citing the WaPo as a source (see? legit “named” source!) and issues them to the DOJ.
The DOJ then runs with its own leaked info as legitimate cause for concern.

Sorry, FatBoy.
Go back to slinging newspapers.
We’ve known about this strateegery since Comey illegally dropped the steel dossier to his reporter buddy back in 2018.
Old news, different players.
The Q-thread has been ahead of TCH since the beginning.
You are just playing a weak game of ketchup.

The only jurisdiction that the DOJ could possibly try to fabricate on this audit is a civil rights claim of dubious merit.

The only civil rights pretext they could fabricate was the signature verification of mail in ballots.

The signature issue was pretty much BS but the legal team for the audit put that issue to bed by the settlement agreement they entered into yesterday.

This pretty much bars the Biden DOJ from legal standing for ant audit interference

What reasonable argument could be made that signature verification is a civil rights matter?
