The people who do not want the truth to be revealed are being forced into the open.

On November 3, DOJ and SCOTUS didn’t get involved because they said its a states’ issue

Now suddenly its a Federal issue.

Maricopa County Board of Elections had no admin password to the tabulators so they were allowing a private company to completely manage the election.

I hope they find that Mark Kelly lost as well just for the chaos factor.

Did the DOJ bother to get involved with the 2000 Florida recount?

So, the Federal government has an obligation to keep the election records safe from audit?

If only the DOJ had it’s own Bureau of Investigations so they wouldn’t have to rely on media reports.

Let’s recap.
After a DOJ strategy meeting, an unnamed source from the DOJ takes internal talking points (list of “what if” questions) to his buddy at the WaPo who then creates a series of articles, posing those “what if”s as genuine info (hey, they came from a DOJ source, right?).
Other legal groups, friendly to the investigative units in the DOJ begin spinning the legal ramifications, citing the WaPo as a source (see? legit “named” source!) and issues them to the DOJ.
The DOJ then runs with its own leaked info as legitimate cause for concern.

Sorry, FatBoy.
Go back to slinging newspapers.
We’ve known about this strateegery since Comey illegally dropped the steel dossier to his reporter buddy back in 2018.
Old news, different players.
The Q-thread has been ahead of TCH since the beginning.
You are just playing a weak game of ketchup.

The only jurisdiction that the DOJ could possibly try to fabricate on this audit is a civil rights claim of dubious merit.

The only civil rights pretext they could fabricate was the signature verification of mail in ballots.

The signature issue was pretty much BS but the legal team for the audit put that issue to bed by the settlement agreement they entered into yesterday.

This pretty much bars the Biden DOJ from legal standing for ant audit interference

Why should the records be preserved? To be shredded couple of years later?
No, because they should be available for possible audit! That’s the only reason, they are preserved! So now they are denying the use of them for the only legitimate use they are being preserved for. Insane!
