The “Saturday Night Live” star, 27, revealed he was scrubbing his ink in December, and opened up about the “really embarrassing” process on Tuesday’s episode of “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”
“Burning them off is worse than getting them, because not only are they burning off your skin, but you’re wearing these big goggles, right? So you can’t see anything, and the doctor’s in there with you,” Davidson began.
“Before he goes to laser each tattoo, you have to hear him announce what the tattoo is to make sure you want to keep it or not. So I’ll just be sitting there all high off the Pro-Nox [nitrous oxide], which I actually quite enjoy … and then, all of a sudden, I’ll just hear, ‘Are you keeping the Stewie Griffin smoking a blunt?'”

I find that quite unusual. My idea of tatted up weirdos don’t include taxpayers who would get a refund.
You perhaps don't realize the "Earned Income Tax Credit" is largesse awarded from our government through a tax refund check.
If you get Netflix, there’s an interesting show called Sky Rojo.
It’s about three prostitutes who escape from their pimp after trying to kill him.
It’s pretty good but I’m starting to get irritated with these women because they keep doing things that bring them back.
And they need to buy new clothes. :)
Dang, dat boy fugly.
Agree 100% with you!!! 👍
Considered a practice of idolatry and pagan worship.
What a tard
I am all for people getting tattoos if they want them. But...they WILL be judged on them, especially if they are visible, a lot of them, and cover large parts of exposed flesh.
I never judged anyone on tattoos back in the day, where you might see one on a forearm or bicep. Even on a shirtless sailor, a big one. But it was no big deal.
But now. Good gosh. All the way down the arms, on the neck, hands, legs, even the face...the tramp stamps...argh.
And the piercings. Sometimes I feel like I am on another planet.
I’m guessing because of his eyes.
Got a tattoo when I was 18 and wanted to get rid of it. My dermatologist recommended excision vs. laser due to inconsistencies in ink, depth and colors. Laser isn’t as effective as people are led to believe.
I don’t either. They were sure popular on my ship. Some I saw were unprintable and unbelievable. Luckily they were not acceptable for officers.
Tattoos in the Bible are not like dietary laws, they are condemned as a pagan practice (marking or cutting yourself for the dead). Essentially it is idolatry, putting the tattoo before God.
Tattoos are also implicitly condemned in the New Testament. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (I Corinthians). Disfiguring your body is not honoring God.
This was widely known by Christians up until the present age of ignorance.
Some years back, when I used to go movie theaters, I was standing in line with my wife for tickets, and it was a long line.
As we got closer, I noticed the teenage kid working the register, and from where I was, I saw he had a serious complexion problem. I felt some pity for him. Being an adolescent boy can be tough, but when your complexion is that bad with pimples and such, damn. My heart went out to him.
And when we got closer, I saw that he has some kind of facial surgery and had some kind of prosthetic on his upper and lower lips. Just wow.
As I got close enough, I saw that while his complexion was indeed bad, he had tattoos on his face and neck.
And the prosthetic for the facial surgery was a long row of piercings not only on the upper and lower lips, but on the nostrils too.
I swear, I almost got angry for wasting my sympathetic emotions on that. Not kidding. It really got me stirred up inside.
My nephew has a huge tattoo of his brother’s name who had been killed in a car accident tattooed on his back, from shoulder to shoulder.
He is a big, muscular guy, started his own company as a personal trainer, grew and expanded it, and even though the Covid BS nearly destroyed his business that he worked so hard at building and growing, he wouldn’t accept any offer of financial help from me. What a guy. All the respect in the world for him. Good looking guy, too. Complete shaved head, very muscular, actually reminds people of Mr. Clean.
That tattoo on him does not look bad. You can’t see it unless he has his shirt off. I have no problem with that kind of thing on anyone, even big ones like that, and as you said, it has meaning.
To me, it is the ones on the neck, arms, and hands that bug me out.
Tattooed woman , a plague of tattooed woman. Ungh !
You are right. The government pays baby mama to squeeze out more tax deductions. As long as there is no daddy around.
“My idea of tatted up weirdos don’t include taxpayers who would get a refund.”
You do realize that people who don’t work and don’t pay taxes get tax “refunds”, don’t you?
“Tattoos are also banned in the Bible. Very explicitly.”
You never hear that in sermons. Many ministers make fun of the prosperity gospel but turn around and preach the don’t offend anyone gospel.
Haven’t watched it since the early 80s.
No idea who those losers are.
:)
FR has a lot of them. I've been on FR for over 20 years and sometimes have to take a break because of the sanctimoniousness of a lot of Freepers. It gets old fast!
