SNIP...I had the misfortune of attending in Huntington Beach two weeks ago. When this perfect day for the beach had ended, all that was left in the streets was the residue of racial hate. In the hours prior, many Americans shouted profanities and ideological cliches at one another with no genuine attempts to find common ground. Instead, they left behind cardboard signs with scrawled social justice messages on the sandy sidewalks as they returned to the comfort of their homes with their ideological hatreds renewed.
The reason why I drove down the coast from Los Angeles to Huntington Beach was my desire to learn what kind of people embraced White Lives Matter. Were these people genuine White supremacists or were they amateurs fighting identity politics with more identity politics? It was widely believed that it was these folks who posted KKK fliers around town and in nearby cities, prompting the antiracists to announce their own counter-rally two hours before the 1 p.m. start time for the White Lives Matter rally.
When I arrived at the pier, the antiracists began their rally on time with well-intentioned platitudes about choosing "unity and community" over allowing their city to become a city of hate. As the speakers continued, I kept looking across the street at the main drag running through the heart of Huntington Beach for signs of the White Lives Matter rally. I saw nothing.
At 1 p.m., the lead antiracist speaker proclaimed a victory of sorts since nobody had shown up except for a few guys holding 20-foot poles with the US, Trump 2020, Don’t Tread on Me and All Lives Matter flags. I was about to call it a day when a steady stream of antiracists began crossing the street toward the Trump supporter holding the biggest flagpole.

It also shows a recurring problem. The ANTIFA/BLM people show up in large groups. The Patriots, when they show up, are always seriously outnumbered and are ripe for any attack the Left wishes to take to them.
Our side remains completely unprepared for any face-to-face confrontation. Still, nowhere near enough of us want to get actively involved in making our case in public.
“Far Left” in America are a bunch of communists like ANTIFA, BLM, the media, the Democrats, and Academia.
“Far Right” in America are a bunch of hard-working citizens who pay their taxes, love their country and think the Constitution is pretty cool.
It’s mis-leading to think that this is a wide spectrum with two sides at opposite ends. The “Far Right” is pretty much sitting on top of the fulcrum. The “Far Left” is way the heck on the end of the arm.

Portland descended into chaos again late Saturday and into Sunday even after the mayor had pledged earlier in the week to crack down on ‘anarchist mobs’ and ‘unmask’ them.
The mayor himself had received an apparent death threat in a voice-disguised, anonymous Twitter video Wednesday, just days after he promised to ‘take our city back’ from violent rioters and ‘hurt them a little bit.’
Two groups of radical protesters, who have throughout the past year represented Antifa and other far-left causes, were armed with weapons, body armor, shields and flares. The riots came as violent skirmishes occurred worldwide during so-called ‘May Day’ protests in favor of worker’s rights - but that descended into anarchist free-for-alls.
Police declared a riot and ordered the ‘protesters’ to disband.
Late Saturday, two large groups - one about 30 to 50 people and another about 80 to 100 people - started their battle against law enforcement near the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in south Portland while the other blazed a path of destruction from Shemanski Park to a federal courthouse, Portland police said.
They shattered windows and graffitied buildings of several businesses and government facilities, according to Portland police, who arrested five people including one man who’s accused of pulling a butterfly knife out on a cop.
Outside the ICE facility, federal officers fired pepper ball rounds at the group, local TV station KATU reported.

No, the only way to stop this is to rewind time and make sure Obama never gets elected to anything, anywhere. Just to be safe, we should rewind time even more and make sure he doesn’t even get born.

I think you are missing the real problem. The Antifa/BLM people have backup from the police, the DA's office and the government in many places. So any "confrontation" between conservatives and the leftists is really just an opportunity for the government to throw conservatives in jail.
Time and time again the Antifa/BLM rioters and fighters get charges dropped, and as we learned this week in the case of the rioters arrested after the Trump inauguration they actually get paid in a "settlement" for being arrested.
By contrast, a conservative who was in a fight with some Antifa thugs in New York is serving a long prison sentence, and conservative people who just strolled through the Capital on January 6th are locked up in solitary confinement without even being tried for a crime.
The McCloskeys got arrested for holding firearms to defend their own house from a mob. It took the governor to stop the prosecution. Few conservatives are so lucky.
‘Right’ and ‘Left’ are vague terms always defined by one side so that Nazi’s sit on the other. Since the notion of left and right started by where people sat in National Assembly during the French Revolution the most logical definition for Americans is where they sit in Congress.

Yeah. You can’t be too careful about where you go and who you associate with.
I read that fliers promoting this event were found in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. The slogan “White Lives Matter” is a red flag. In Southern California, rallies for conservative causes like Trump, the Newsom recall, opposing lockdowns, etc. are always multiracial.
All this story tells is how easy it is to get an adversary to show up in one place at a predictable time.
Too bad the author couldn’t be bothered to reveal a date more specific than “two weeks ago.” No way to know whether this was a Saturday, when Ray Comfort presents the Gospel at the pier regularly.
