Dove powerwash spray dish soap is just Dove mixed with water. Don’t know the exact amount but i’d guess at 50% water.

1/2 the soap for the same price?

The sad part is that it will only get worse. No government in history ever spent and taxed itself into prosperity.

Based on their commercials how’d you even know the difference? You are supposed to be distracted by hot chicks and beautiful Italian landscapes.

the secret is to stop using so many products....paper towels are something I just don't buy anymore...I have wash cloths and dish towels....I still use paper napkins but we take one out for each of us and reuse it all day if its not too messy...

use less laundrey soap...less toothpaste...less dish soap...you don't need gobs of stuff....that's just marketing...

It’s actually (1-0.875) = 12.5%. So it’s even worse.

Red Oak 1x12 at Home Depot went from $9.87 to $15.68 in 4 months(!).

Biden Carter.

Toliet paper used to be 4.5 by 4.5 inches now some of them are only 3.7 by 4 inches if you’re lucky.

Open a can of vegetables and the contents are now up to a half inch below the rim anymore.👎

I remember when kemp’s was making their ice cream buckets smaller. I complained to them and they told me everyone was doing it. That was all. I still have the different sizes I store things in.

Legend’s cheap and easy Pseudo Pizza recipe:

Start with a flour tortilla, Any kind will do, but I like the ‘fluffy’ ones.

Squirt on and spread enough regular catsup to cover thinly (or thickly if you like it that way). Sprinkle it with a little “Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning” (it may be greek, but on catsup, it tastes just like pizza sauce. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese, and top it with sliced pepperoni. Bake in oven on baking sheet at 375-400F for about 5-7 minutes.

I’ve made it with diced up ham or chicken lunch meat, salami, or crumbled bacon bits, and it is OK, but I prefer the pepperoni. Of course you can use whatever toppings you normally have on pizza.

And sometimes when I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll put on a little bit of onion and/or a very light sprinkling of shredded monterrey jack / cheddar or longhorn mix on top of the meat.

You can also do the same on the smaller diameter flour “street taco” tortillas. Takes four or five of them to fill me up, but one or two and salad would make a nice balanced meal.

One of my kids tried one of his older sibling’s frozen pizza. He had such a bad reaction he ended up in the ER. It was horrible.

Costco TP is so thin now you might as well use your finger

It may not be as cheap, but I use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.

Their tp has gone to crap. Used to be good quality but now interstate restroom paper is better.
Costco is really skidding.

Let’s see if they finally shrink their vanilla ice cream. It comes in two half-gallon tubs.

Walmart reduced the number of sheets in their store brand a couple of years ago.

I hate product reduction more than price increases. Some stores had to buy new shopping carts because the slats in the old ones were too far apart and the reduced packaging caused products to fall into the floors.

If we didn’t shop at those places that support liberals, I would be running around naked and barefoot and starving to death. I’ve cut out those places I can, but I love Costco.

[[Remember when a can of coffee was 36oz (now 32oz)]]

Been noticing that a lot of bags of beans and ground coffee now are 10 ounces, 11 ounces, or 12

I don’t think I’d like that personally. Too sweet for pizza IMHO, but I imagine it would work in a pinch.

Last time I bought barbecue sauce, it was to try to duplicate the old Arby’s Beef and Cheddar recipe (that is another one that has gotten barely edible, but I used to love them.) (I have very plebeian tastes.) Anyway my attempts to duplicate that tasted pretty good, but man, they were messy; I had melted cheeze whiz and BBQ sauce squirting everywhere, with every bite.

Hellman’s has an almost “secret” mayonnaise that I prefer- I found it at wallyworld, and it comes only in a 60 ounce jar, It is hidden in a separate place in my ww, down at the end of the same isle, but with the jumbo jugs of jalapenos and other oversize products. It costs $7.xx and it has 40% more egg yolks. It is visibly yellower, and we prefer it over the regular Hellman’s. It is called “Homestyle”, and I could not find it on their website, or in any other store. The nutrition is, of course different. YMMV.
