If you visited Apollon Nimo at his Detroit-based Parkway Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealership, you might have walked out with a damn good deal...
In the majority of transactions that prosecutors allege were fraudulent, buyers claimed to be the brother-in-law or sister-in-law of an FCA employee to get a 5 percent discount. The discount codes, known as Employee Purchase Control Numbers (EPCNs), were often bought and sold through private Facebook groups.
Nimo frequently topped the list of auto sellers who sold cars using employee discounts and was handsomely rewarded for being a top salesman. He reportedly received $700,000 in bonuses directly from FCA since 2014, when he first started using his codes—and that’s in addition to dealership-specific rewards.

Yeah, but you have to buy a Chrysler, though....
Nope
I would expect nothing less.

About 30 years ago I worked for these creeps for a short time.
We quit when they lied to my customer without my knowledge and told him his two year old car was brand new.
Total complete scum.

No way!
They do not have that kind of money.
They only have an extra couple of bucks, and are tossing it in the plate tomorrow.

Sounds like he should run for office. He sure has the qualifications.
I’m working on a Chrysler right now for the last time. Getting it running so I can sell it!
I dont like the fact they generally make poor quality vehicles. I would rather brag about how good they are.
They just are not very good. Or, here are so many other vehicles out there that are better. Either way they stick out in a negative way.
Mention an uncommon ACRONYM without definition of terms in the article prior to its use is likely to earn a STFU and a WTF. If it’s not commonly used, irs, fbi, blm, or NYPD, we will give a well deserved dope slap for wasting our time. You assume too much.
And fercrissake, don’t get humblegunner stirred up.
It would have taken exactly no time to type out Fiat, Chrysanthemums, and whatever the f A was.

No disagreement, unless it is a very slow night?
We’ll just have to disagree my FRiend.
Everyone is entitled to their Opinion. I’m not sure if the Facts line up with yours, but that’s fine and dandy.
The Gen 5 RAM is awesome as far as I’m concerned. GM was a no go, even though I just bought (and sold for a tidy profit) a new 2020 Corvette. Too many issues with GM Truck Transmissions. Ford just didn’t float my Boat and they were too much money for what you got IMHO.
I’m very impressed with the RAM. I searched for over a Month until I got the right Deal. Got it for Dealer Invoice minus the Factory Rebates. Worked three Dealers until I got the Deal I wanted. No complaints from me.
As far as FCA (Chrysler) value goes, I got $5,000 more than I expected when I Traded in my 2015 Dodge Challenger when I bought the Corvette. The Challenger was awesome. No problems outside of replacing a couple of ABS Sensors driving it over 50,000 Miles and it looked as sharp as it did when it was brand new.
If I was a rich man, I would driving the new Hellcat powered RAM TRX. They eat Ford RAPTORS for lunch.
And to think you could have had two Yugos for that princely sum.
“Unfortunately they had to buy a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler or Ram.”
Agree, UNION-BUILT...no problem with idiots who would buy something from those America-haters (after all, I buy stuff made in China), but I still feel sorry for what those people will quickly have to deal with.
When the top is down on your ‘vette, can you still call it an interior?
