Good news, get rid of the social justice warriors and their bias and bigotry. The whole IT industry will be better for it. Maybe they’ll take their H1B colleagues with them. Maybe, as well, they’ll realize how their H1B colleagues and Indian recruiters will lock them out of future jobs. Let’s see how woke they are.

Under pressure from SJWs they renamed the default github "master" branch of their source code to "main" because the term "master" triggers SJWs.
A company can "diversify" as much as they want, but there will always be ONE anti-diversification that can never be addressed -- and one that SJWs want but can never have:
The founders/owners of a company will always have superior power over everyone else.
As much as SJWs feel that they shouldn't be held to historical employment standards, as long as they rebel against managers managing them there will always be this form of workplace strife. Just look at what happened when the line workers at the New York Times got a managing editor fired. That's workplace anarchy.
As long as workers feel that they should have as much input into the direction of a company as the founders of that company, they will have a misguided sense of their own worth and will always be offended at the "inequality" of the workplace and lack of "diversity" of the power structure.
Unless that thinking changes, the new generation of workers will doom whatever company hires them.
