Pinging the flubros host.

Some encouragment for those avoiding the vaxx:
“...there are the two exemption that both deal with accomodations...One of them is an accomodation under the American with Disabilities Act and the second exception is an accomodation on a religious basis. In order to establish an entitlement under the ADA, the employee would have to provide some sort of documentation from a doctor explaining why he or she, could not or should not receive the vaccination due to some medical condition or disability,” Craighead explained.”
Seems to me that, if your doctor can provide documentation that you have “recovery immunity” and that you have no need for the vaxx, then you have an ADA accommodation.
My doctor mentioned to us that she will provide documents showing auto-immune conditions, precluding and exempting us from any mandatory shots.
Thank you doc!

I would see a lawyer about suing the Employer. Since this treatment is only “authorized” under an emergency use — the US Code/law relating to emergency use provides that it must be voluntary.
The right to require a Vax-which this is NOT- is dependent on it actually having the lengthy protocols and tests to actually be “APPROVED” - the emergency authorization more appropriately is similar to “right to try”.
And the Nuremberg Code also provides that such medical treatments foisted on unwilling participants are a crime against humanity.
So - it’s illegal, a violation of civil rights, and a crime against humanity.
Nuff said.
