Donald Trump’s popularity among registered Republicans has fallen in the 100 days since the end of his presidency, according to a recent poll.
The NBC News poll found that Republican support for the party was greater than the support for the former president, who was favoured by 44 per cent of Republicans.
The figure for registered Republicans in favour of the party over the former president, in comparison, was at 50 per cent.
It was the first time in almost two years that support for the Republican party was greater than that for Mr Trump, NBC News reported, and the first time support for the GOP reached 50 per cent against the former president.

DeSantis losing by 7 in Florida in 2018.
Nelson winning by 7 in Florida in 2018.
Joe Donnelly winning in Indiana in 2018.
Trump behind in Wisconsin by 17 points.
Trump behind in Pennsylvania by 11 points.
Joe Biden ahead nationally by 12 points.
The polls are nothing short of propaganda, and I don’t know why we keep posting them.
Apart from Rasmussen, Trafalgar and the Big Data Poll, the polling companies widely missed the mark far outside any margin of error.
Polls continue to have effectiveness if they are given credence by the public. Its time to start ignoring them.

I’m glad. My primary vote will count much more. Although I know governor DeSantis has my primary vote. Not sure of senate yet. I’d love to see me as the only Florida republican left to vote. I make the decision who wins the Senate primary would be glorious. Lol.
