A Florida woman who spent time in prison for a fatal crash years ago was traveling over 100 mph Sunday morning when she caused another terrifying wreck, killing one of her passengers and leaving two others seriously hurt, authorities said.
Jennifer Carvajal, 24, was driving on Interstate 4 in Hillsborough County around 1:30 a.m. when she sped past a state trooper who clocked her three times going at 111 mph, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. As the trooper was trying to pull her over, the Tampa woman made a right turn and crashed her Hyundai Elantra into the shoulder.

The impact caused the vehicle to roll down an embankment and jump over a fence at a Ford dealership, where the car crashed into a parked truck, authorities said.
Two of the passengers were ejected from the car while another was thrown to the back of the vehicle, according to officials. One of them, a 22-year-old man whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at a hospital. The other two, a 19-year-old and a 20-year-old, were hospitalized with serious injuries.

You have a point. She’s used to taking what she wants, whether the item belongs to her or not.
It’s like a severe alcoholic watching somebody else enjoying a drink.
The article says she was charged for driving w/o a license (among other charges). Not having a license sure didn’t stop her from driving
And already did four years for causing another DUI death.
She didn’t have a driver’s license. Taking away someone’s driver’s license in no way prevents him or her from operating a motor vehicle.
Speeding 111 mph and no seat belts.
Holy Crap!
The driver had seat belts on. None of the passengers did.
If Commiela had a daughter.
That photo says psychopath. She doesn’t care about man nor beast.
In other news, small cars have come a long way on safety. Perp was only one wearing seatbelt and had minor injuries. Considering the appearance of the car, that’s darn good.
That’s an old looking 24 year old morena
I bet she’s a fun time to go drinking with... if you’re cabbin it home.
Hey, Florida man. Can’t you control your wife?
“The impact caused the vehicle to roll down an embankment and jump over a fence at a Ford dealership, where the car crashed into a parked truck, authorities said.”
Why Ford, lady? Couldnt you have crashed into the dealership of a manufacturer of a more reliable vehicle?
That’s an old looking 24 year old morena.
A hard life exposed to a lot of drugs, alcohol and abusing others can make one look older.
A long time ago, I rented one and it seemed like a decent car with good acceleration. I wanted to see how it did at high speed. I took it to about 115 or so, can’t remember exactly, and then slowed back down. It ran a bit rough after that, I think the heads may have warped. Vowed I would never buy one.
Seat belts? She saved 75$ for that.
Doesn’t sound amish, and not being a celebrity or the daughter of a democrat politician, she will spend some time in prison
I was stupid once as a youth as well.
I managed to get a 4 cylinder Ford Escort up to 100MPH. The speedometer didn’t go up that high - my buddy in the car behind me waved a towel when we hit 100.
Only reason I managed it was a very long downhill on a clean straight country road.
I’m wouldn’t be surprised in this case that maybe recreational substances were involved.
My daughter owned an Elantra. She had an older woman come out directly in front of her in a 55 MPH zone. Daughter’s car rolled 5 times. Severely lacerated arm from the window glass breaking was her only injury. Those things are not what I would buy but I’d swear by their safety in engineering any day of the week.
Dead before she’s thirty...
