The DOJ and the Capitol Police determined that there wasn't enough evidence to support criminal prosecution. AKA the shooting was justified from the law enforcement point of view.

I am one of those who still question if it was fake. Until there is an autopsy of what she died of there are far too many questions and not any answers.
Why did nobody jump or scatter when the shot went off?
Why did the SWAT team not offer EMT assistance?
Where were the EMTs to take her out?
Why no death certificate?

I don’t recall anybody on FR claiming that Babbit was Antifa.
But is was proven one of those arrested was shooting photos of her being killed and he had history of Leftist Antifa Activity. (got off scott free) I don’t believe there was only 1 lone Antifa activist in the building.

A police officer leans on George Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes. He’s conviceted of murder.
A police officer kills Daunte Wright and is arrested and charged.
a police officer kills Ashlii Babbit and is not only protected, but we’re not even allowed to know the officer’s name.
See the difference?
Four key reasons the killer has not been identified officially, although his name is floating around the internet: 1. Ashli was seen as a threat to the establishment. 2. The cop is black. 3. Ashli is a white. 4. Ashli was a Trump supporter. Enough said.
