Ter­ry Rob­berts, the attor­ney for the fam­i­ly of Ash­li Bab­bit, joined News­max TV on Mon­day morn­ing to dis­cuss the family’s ongo­ing attempts to seek jus­tice in the shoot­ing death of their daugh­ter Ashli.

Roberts said he is han­dling the civ­il action that will be filed, adding, “The fam­i­ly and I were dis­ap­point­ed in the Depart­ment of Jus­tice deci­sion on this but my role real­ly is to bring civ­il action and in that way vin­di­cate her rights.”

In regards to the DOJ deci­sion to pro­tect the iden­ti­ty of the reck­less killer, Roberts said, “We strong­ly dis­agree with the Jus­tice Department’s deci­sion on this. We think the evi­dence is ample and would sup­port crim­i­nal charges against the officer.”

This is one wrong­ful death by police that the lib­er­al media has com­plete­ly ignored. After all, she was only a Trump supporter.

A very simple investigation with the ballistics of the round that killed her up against every gun assigned to any Capitol Cop in the building that day. And to take make it even simpler, a list of all the Capitol Cops that were in plain clothes that day, inside the building. Match the ballistics of the rounds in their duty pistols to the one in Ashli’s body.

Then have whatever manufacturer provide a chain of custody from where the pistol went once it left their facility. EZ PZ

Unless Capital Police operate outside the bounds of control, police have to account for *any* discharge of their service weapons. There is a bullet in the body. There is a weapon minus one bullet. The DOJ/FBI has stated they won’t file charges or even announce the name of the cop who killed Babbit.

I believe the shooter was a congressman. Nicely dressed, in a suit, black mask, big shiny cuff links, shot her point blank in the face with no warning when he broke cover, people standing behind her - it was an unsafe shot and an intentional kill. A coo is trained not to do that. The shooter panicked. More likely to be a civilian.
