ATF involved. She better thank her lucky stars they didn’t stomp on any kittens, shoot their dogs, and plant M16 auto-sears on her property. (YES, ATF has done this in the past).
Well, they could have pulled a Roger Stone on her, but yeah.... /s
I will never understand why a Judge after Learning he was LIED to in an effort to Secure a Fraudulent Search Warrant which is then used to conduct a FELONY HOME INVASION and AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, doesn’t immediately issue a summons for EVERY PERSON involved in the FELONY to appear before his Court, find them in Contempt and Sanction every one of them $100,000 and 90 days in Jail.
This is absolutely within the Judges Authority and since they don’t exercise their Authority over Wrongdoing, the Judge belongs in PRISON ALSO!!
This is one side of the story, keep in mind her son who just beat a murder rap has a warrant out for his arrest on another murder.
She told the brute that was holding her against the wall that she was concerned about our dogs. He said that if they seemed like a threat they would be killed. They were going nuts, but fortunately they were contained behind a 2 foot high plywood barrier.
The police went all around the house tearing everything up... they didn't find who or whatever they were looking for and left with no explanation. They just told my wife to “Have a nice day.” and that they house was very clean. Of course they tracked mud, pitch and fir needles all over our new carpet and left the contents of drawers and shelves heaped on the floor. It was incredible. I never was able to get a credible explanation or any type of apology from anyone. My wife still has a strong and justified fear of the police and government 25 years later.
A little torn on this story. Glad to see that a protector of a murderous criminal gets some karma but the Gestapo-like use of a government agency is worrisome for a nation heading towards totalitarian rule.
I forgot to mention, they were all dressed in black SWAT gear and looked like some sort of quasi-military group and not the police as you normally think of them.
Violation of ones privacy pursuant to a bogus ( fraudulent) search warrant is a Federal Civil Rights case.
Who ever signed the affidavit in support of the warrant AND the Police Department are now going to be paying out A LOT!
YOur tax dollars folks!
Huge civil rights trial by jury.
Triple damages.
If the facts fit the story I am appalled....but....we are talking about an attorney....their side of a story doesn’t always fit the facts!!!!
As Reason’s editor defends its racist history, here’s a copy of its holocaust denial “special issue”
“The German concentration camps weren’t health centers, but they appear to have been far smaller and much less lethal than the Russian ones.”
—Reason magazine, January 1976 Last weekend, I wrote about how Reason magazine — and their backers, the Koch brothers — was supporting a major push to further sell Silicon Valley on the “virtues” of libertarianism.
After I exposed Reason’s history as a publisher of racist, pro-apartheid South Africa articles during the 1970s, the current editor-in-chief, Matt Welch, answered back in what must stand as one of the most bizarre responses imaginable....
