If China invades, Biden will fiddle while Taiwan burns
American Thinker ^ | 25 Apr, 2021 | Liam Brooks

What will Biden do if the PRC does indeed invade Taiwan? Considering the administration's wide-ranging financial ties with China -- as well as possible blackmail evidence pertaining to Hunter Biden's alleged interest in young Chinese girls -- not much.

With the domestic madness currently dominating the United States, many Americans are unaware of international issues that could potentially inflict even further damage to this once-great Republic. A major point of concern is Taiwan, and whether the People's Republic of China (PRC) is getting ready to invade. The island's strategic location is very important to the United States for both military and economic concerns.

Taiwan has been a strong US ally for decades, but China has never recognized it as a sovereign nation. They basically consider it a rogue province that needs to have a good spanking before it's pulled back into the fold. Historically, the US has kept Taiwan under its wing. We provide them with weapons and routinely hold massive military maneuvers in the region, an obvious message to China to "keep your hands off!" Despite occasional small-time flexing of China's military muscle, the strategy has pretty much worked.

But signs that the tide is starting to turn have been evident since Joe Biden took office. Earlier this month, China conducted simultaneous large military exercises to the east and west of Taiwan, as well as live-fire drills off the coast as a US delegation was visiting the island. It was far more aggressive behavior than usual. And if your political IQ is higher than President Asterisk's age, you probably have a pretty good idea as to why the commies are acting this way.

I expect the Chinese to invade Taiwan during the Bai-Dung Window.

Very negative ramifications for Australia if US gives up the ghost in Taiwan.

China doesn’t have to nvade. They’d bribed half the western politician, and they can bribe enough to get control of Taiwan.

Taiwan is well-armed and strong. But without US help will they really fight China? That’s a very tough war to win. I think that without our help, Taiwan will decide to avoid devastation and surrender somewhat quickly.

What’s Really Driving China’s Strategic Objectives? (w/ M. Taylor Fravel & Mike Green)

[These guys are also onto China’s view of the “First Island Chain” containment strategy.]

M. Taylor Fravel, Arthur and Ruth Sloan Professor of Political Science and director of the MIT Security Studies Program, sits down with his long-time friend Mike Green of Logica Capital Advisors to discuss a multitude of factors affecting China’s strategic objectives.

Although they examine certain aspects like demographics and the trajectory of growth for China’s military, the focus of the interview is on geography and how China’s large number of land borders and their perception of being blocked off from the Pacific Ocean by U.S. military presence in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines makes the “first island chain” a potential flashpoint for conflict.

Green and Fravel also discuss Green’s hypothesis that Vladimir Putin and the Russians are the deftest participants in the triangular relationship between the U.S., China, and Russia.

Taiwan is 20 times larger than Okinawa, with a much greater population.

Once China invades Taiwan, we’ll do nothing. The USA of 2021 is in no way going to gear up for Okinawa X 20 to eject the ChiComs.

Plus, our USN warships will be in Chinese conventional missile range long before they approach Taiwan. This will not be a case, as with Okinawa, of anchoring offshore and sending in Marines and soldiers.

Once China invades Taiwan, it’s a done deal, over.

Nothing. Biden's close relationship w/ China always come first.

100% agree.
And I’m sure that Biden is surrounded by multiple communist spies reporting to the CCP, so they KNOW what we’ll do...and won’t do.

WHYY-PBS reported U of Pennsylvania made a $100 million contribution to the Phila School District.
Is the U of Penn's donation prohibited Chinese payoffs? Is Penn getting rid of evidence to save Biden's sorry ***?
WHYY.com / / FR Posted on 12/6/2020 by Kid Shelleen

Two weeks after the U of Pennsylvania made a gargantuan $100 million contribution to the School District of Philadelphia, it’s unlikely the cash infusion will inspire copycat donations from major higher education peers in the city. When Ivy League Penn made its announcement, City Council member Helen Gym and others voiced hope that other universities with large landholdings, like Temple or Drexel, might also pony up. “I certainly hope that some of our strongest civic institutions can see beyond their individual acts of charity and generosity,” “When universities and our major nonprofits, who have long been invested in education and public health, unite on a mission to invest in our schools, we send a clear message to Harrisburg and to Washington, D.C. that we are invested in our future.” (Excerpt) Read more at whyy.org …

Biden Center Under Investigation for Illegal Donations From China
DB Daily Update | David Blackmon / FR Posted on 5/25/2020, 9:19:56 AM by EyesOfTX

If the label says “Biden,” it was definitely influenced by China. – John Solomon at JustTheNews.com is reporting that The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations to its Biden Center and failed to properly disclose the contributions.

From Solomon’s report: The complaint, filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, says that over the past three years, the university has (admitted to accepting around) $22 million in anonymous funding from Chinese sources. That’s out of a total of more than $70 million from Chinese donors during that time, the NLPC said.

Those significant funds, including the anonymous amounts, rolled in after the Biden Center was announced in early 2017 and launched in February 2018. The center is located in downtown Washington, D.C. Federal records show that the University of Pennsylvania has received significant donations from Communist China since the opening of the Biden Center.

One 2018 donation alone totals $14.5 million; it is listed as “anonymous” in federal records. The NLPC alleges the university may have violated federal law in accepting those anonymous monetary donations from Communist China. The Higher Education A ct mandates schools report the national origins of any donations above $250,000 although not necessarily the individual names of donors themselves. [End]

Billions in U.S. Troops’ Retirement Savings Funding the Chinese Military
https://www.breitbart.com ^ | Apr 2020 | KRISTINA WONG / FR Posted by RomanSoldier19

Members of the United States military are inadvertently funding the rise of their biggest 21st Century adversary — China — through their retirement savings, Army Green Beret and Congressman Mike Waltz (R-FL) warned in an interview this week. About $50 billion from the 401k-style plan that U.S. troops put their savings into is invested in an index that includes Chinese firms, some of which build weapons systems for the Chinese military, he said in an interview with Breitbart News on Wednesday.

“It’s insane,” he said. “This is the most dangerous adversary we have ever faced.”

Waltz said in a video he tweeted earlier this week: Every month, (me included, as a National Guardsman), we contribute to this 401K-style plan. Well guess what? Billions of dollars from it are going over to Beijing and funding Chinese shipbuilding, plane building and all types of companies. Many of which are close to the Chinese Communist Party, some of which are even on the U.S. sanctions lists.

He added: We cannot have the American military who’s out on the frontlines retirement account funding their biggest adversary in the 21st Century. America, we need to wake up. We are in a Cold War with China, they are certainly in one with us. And we would be no more funding their industry through our retirement than we would the Soviet Union and companies in Russia years ago. We need to think about this differently and this has got to stop. (Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...

U Penn Can’t Explain Mystery Donation From Chinese Company
Washington Free Bacon ^ | AUGUST 3, 2020 | Alana Goodman
FR Posted on 8/5/2020, 4:44:03 PM by Rebelbase

The University of Pennsylvania pocketed a $3 million donation last year from a mysterious Hong Kong shell company that is owned by a Shanghai businessman with deep ties to Chinese government officials.

The donation from Xu Xeuqing, who has no apparent connection to the University of Pennsylvania and was previously embroiled in a Shanghai public corruption scandal, raises questions about the true source of the money. Documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon show Xeuqing has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

China has poured money into American universities in recent years, in part to buy influence on campuses, experts say.

The donation comes as federal prosecutors have increased scrutiny on the Chinese government’s influence-buying and espionage operations at American universities.

“Unequivocally they’re using the money they’re providing the universities to garner influence there,” said Ben Freeman, the director of the Foreign Influence Transparency Initiative at the Center for International Policy. “It’s not the sole motive, but it’s one of a variety of motives.”

Foreign money has poured into the school over the past few years with a significant portion coming from China. The Ivy League school received $61 million in gifts and contracts from China between March 2017 and the end of 2019; over the previous four year period, it took in just $19 million from Chinese donors.

The University of Pennsylvania received the $3 million in question from a Hong Kong-based company called “Nice Famous Corporation Limited,” according to financial disclosures.

VP Biden’s 2011 China Speech, w/ Obama's blessings, Urged CCP Expansion
Into ‘All Levels Of US Govt, Classrooms, Labs, Boardrooms' and even the US Military

https://thenationalpulse.com | May 28, 2020 | Natalie Winters / FR Posted by Enterprise

The Biden comments as vice-president – unearthed from a speech he gave to Sichuan University in 2011 –
demonstrate Biden’s fundamental misunderstanding of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).......or outright collusion with it.

BIDEN: “In order to cement this robust US-China partnership, we have to go beyond close ties between Washington and Beijing,
which we’re working on every day, go beyond it to include all levels of government, go beyond it
to include classrooms and laboratories, athletic fields and boardrooms”.......even the military..............

"Green and Fravel also discuss Green’s hypothesis that Vladimir Putin and the Russians are the deftest participants in the triangular relationship between the U.S., China, and Russia."

No, Vlad is not dumb, not in the least.

There are those who point at Ukraine/Crimea and certain human rights abuses - the guy who was poisoned with polonium and now the dissident who is on a hunger strike, Nareyev, is it, and say that Vlad is an evil son of a bitch.

Could be...

One would also observe that Vlad seemed to get along fine with Trump. Vlad might be an evil son of a bitch, setting himself up for Emperor for life status, but he seems to GAF about his own country, something lacking all around in American political leadership.

In a way, one might not be offended to see Vlad administer a little personal payback for CornPop's humiliation, (who probably wasn't a total a*****e, being imaginary as he was) out behind the gym...

Anyway back to the subject... Joe will do whatever the CCP tells him to do regarding Taiwan. He could look the other way, or he could actively and assertively betray Taiwan. Whatever the boss wants, and it looks like we have a generation of Generals and Admirals who just might be totally down with it, no problem.

[Flame suit on.]
