Texas Republican George P. Bush has declared 2019 the “Year of Education” at the General Land Office, and he’s using that banner to travel around the state to stress how important it is to hit the books.
It’s a lesson he freely admits he didn’t always apply himself.
The heir to the Bush dynasty was on the road to flunking out at Rice University in Houston after two years. He might have been born into politics, but he failed a political science class called “Public Opinion, Polling & The Media.” Right before that he got a C-minus in “Congress” — the branch of government where his grandfather and great-grandfather (the P in his name is for Prescott) once served.
And though he’s the son of a Mexican immigrant and grew up bilingual, he got C's in introductory and intermediate Spanish classes, and D’s in European history and a geology course called “The Oceans.”

Sumpins up with all these RINOS stickin their heads out. Do they really think they can convince us of their ability to represent us? I think not.
Who does he plan to replace? Cornyn, Lyn’ Ted, Abbot?
No. He got admitted the same way the Kennedy boys got into Harvard: money and connections.
I’m done with anybody named “Bush.”
I moved on from that family in 2004.
George P seems like nice young man, who I would never vote for.
Jeb should of honored his position in the first Republican Primary debates in 2016. He raised his hand in that debate and said he would support the eventual Republican nominee.
Jeb lied and the Bush family died on that day. Good riddance, we need fighters, “not above the fray” pussies.
I think his naval career was similar. Through some program he became an Lt. in the reserve all in a matter of months.
P Bush is not a nice man. He’s not a smart guy, either. He’s even more retarded than his father and uncle.
“heir to the Bush dynasty”
Sick bag, please.

A C- in a poly sci course? Poli Sci (one of the major oxymorons) is right down there with studies, eddikashun, and (sadly) law as the least intellectually demanding professions. Objecting to that law inclusion?
Un, Bush, Dorkbama, the vice HO, etc, etc.

How can you flunk rice?
“What’s in this bag of rice?”
“Peanut butter?”
Yes, college costs have grown faster than the rate of inflation. This makes it critically important to manage one's debt. Scholarships are more competitive these days, so students need to grow up fast and make good choices.
Wishful thinking is just that, so focus on making the best choices you can. I encourage all aspiring college students to read the book Generation Debt by Anaya Kamenetz. Remember, Failing to plan is really planning to fail. Find good counsel and do what is needed to succeed.
Gov Abbott.
Come on people. No need to go there just because we’re done with them. It just shows we’re not.
He will announce for Texas AG shortly, per interview with Mark Davis a few weeks ago.
Being married into a Rice family, one can offer testimony that it must not be difficult at all to flunk out at Rice. In fact easy as falling off a log...
Not sayin' to vote for him, just sayin'... he's fortunate to have a helpful grandma. :)
This is how I imagine Grandma Bush helped - she called the college alumni office, said my grandson had better not flunk and he didn’t. I have seen this before; back in her 20s, a friend applied to medical school - she did not get admitted to the top school in the state but she did get admitted to several other state med schools that were perfectly respectable. She had her grandfather, a doctor and alumnus of the university medical school, harass the admissions and alumni office - to their credit, although the admissions office had to reverse themselves and admit her, they wrote a letter informing her that yes she was now admitted but she should think over how she took the place of someone who would have been admitted on merit. Kind of like GB’s uncle, the nimrod GW, bragging to his father how he got admitted to Harvard Business School “on merit”. If GW got anywhere on “merit”, it should have been managing the town dump. Born on third base, and he brags he hit a triple.
There was a lot of that. The US Army Air Corps had Sergeant Pilots early on. Aviators were then seen as a sort of technician like the later Vietnam-era warrant officer helicopter pilots. Chuck Yeager, who never went to college, got his wings this way until the sergeant Pilots were all administratively made Lieutenants.
Our nation can no longer afford the country club RINO.
America First Conservatives only, please.
