Just search #verticalgarden on Instagram for a preview (good luck not scrolling through all 208,000 posts).

While I’m looking forward to having a living wall at my hypothetical future wedding (it’s the perfect photo backdrop!), creating any sort of vertical garden—even a tiny one!—can be easy and affordable. Here are our best ideas for putting your green thumb to work.

There seems to be a lot of money in coffee, so I’m going to plant some of those little creamer cups tomorrow.

If there’s no snow.

Why must it be Chinese?

But yes, it's Chinese.

seriously lying pallets flat has to be one of the cheapest ways to make a raised bed garden, but are there chemicals in the treated wood? sneaky Chinese chemicals?

“Or turn it into a horizontal garden! “

Good one!

By the way, I’m going to try growing cantelopes vertical using a piece of concrete reinforcing mesh

lol- the liars on the left excuse events like late snow and freezing temps and claim that it’s ‘totally consistent with climate change’

We have a vertical garden we’ve been trying to get of. It’s very frustrating keeping it maintained. Raising something called kudzu and ivy.

I’ve tried the ‘pallet on the ground’ bed and it turned into a Rabbit Buffet.

So, in an enclosed garden, sure. Otherwise? Not so much.

FYI - if you ping me to ANY of that ‘Fairy Garden’ cr@p, I’m going to report you. ;)

I had a salesperson try her hardest to sell me on all of the tiny, easy-to-steal ‘accessories’ for the Garden Center when Fairy Gardens reared their ugly heads a number of years back.

What a nightmare to inventory, tons of breakage, lots of pilfering and it was all cr@p made in China.

Nope. Nope. NOPE! NO SALE! :)

LOL! I just hate the whole concept.

A ‘garden’ is in nice, neat rows used to produce FOOD and FLOWERS which are, ‘Food for the Soul.’

If Fairies want to live in there, they’d better be out by daybreak or start paying rent! ;)

That must’ve been one helluva ride, especially on the (originally) upper floors.
