Oh. I didn’t catch sarcasm cause I’m not very familiar with him and no tone of voice/context; thanks for pointing it out.
On the guilty of multiple charges thing - prosecutors will often present what are called “lesser included charges” with the main charge being placed on the defendant. The idea here is that if the highest level of charge is not won, that they are more likely to get the lesser charge across. In this way they ensure their conviction rate, even if they reach a bit too far.
That’s what appears to be happening here. Manslaughter being the highest charge and then two more tiers of charge below that which don’t require as much - intent or aggravation, etc
During sentencing the highest is what the judge will typically sentence to, but they will keep the minimum toward the high side of the lowest.... at least the little bit that I’ve seen.. course things change and it’s been 30 years since I did anything around this stuff.

There have been accounts of women working with others who are vaxed and getting horrible bleeding/weird periods and miscarriages. Weird.
