I see only 1 Option:

Throw in potentially Muslim given the massive Muslim community in the Plainfield area and it being the HQ of Islamic Society of North America and this being right on their doorstep and him yelling something not understandable during the attack.

Agreed. If they have been to his home but don’t know who is, then a serious government coverup is underway.
I have thought for quite some while that the Democrats have found a way to trigger unstable men into committing these shootings explicitly to push the gun control narrative. This was reinforced by the fact that there weren’t any of these under Trump, and they began immediately after the Democrats seized power.
Now there is no doubt in my mind. Tyrants have no problem with murdering innocent people to achieve their goals.
