The radical-leftist-billionaire-fearmonger Bill Gates is working with scientists to determine if they can control temperatures by spraying chemicals into the atmosphere to partially block the sun.

The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming.
What a nice concept. I wonder how they determined what the right temperature is on Earth since it has fluctuated cyclically and naturally for billions of years? What if they screw up and lower the temperatures too much?
What would happen to President Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz or Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis if they claimed they could control the temperatures by putting other chemicals in the atmosphere instead of destroying the oil industry? They would be destroyed by the media and other Democrats. They would be called anti-science and stupid. They would be silenced and cancelled by the social media tyrants.
Another day, another story to indoctrinate and scare the public as the media and other Democrats seek to destroy the oil industry and promote massive government spending and taxes as they infest the public with some version of the green new deal.
This article says that CO2 is at the highest in 3.6 billion years, as if we have even had accurate measurements throughout that time,

I was exposed to Calcium Carbonate dust when I was 7 or 8 yrs old attending Public School in NYC. It stuck to my clothing and hands and I inhaled it. If it was dangerous, there would be Attorney adds on TV. You can buy sticks of it in most of the chain stores. With all the other crap in the air we have to deal with, what’s one more? The problem is the earth is being eaten away by people, there lies the major problem. Its not the elements. We don’t need climate control, we need people control. Good luck with that.

I tell you what I’d like to spray; a full pint of Evo-Stik IMPACT contact cement right up Bill’s kazoo and shove a fist full of obsolete Windows software cds up there. If there’s any adhesive left I’d glue one nostril to each earlobe and both eyebrows to his lower lip. I don’t like him!
Remove the scrubbers and burn more coal. Kill two birds with one stone. Cool the environment and produce abundant, cheap energy.
If he actually does this, I would consider it a direct threat to me and my posterity. If he isn’t arrested for it, all bets are off.

The greatest stupidity of the whole Man Made-Up Global Warming nonsense is the contention that a warmer planet spells doom for us all. When the truth is, historically, mankind’s greatest periods of prosperity almost all coincided with (higher than usual sunspot activity and) a warming planet.
We need to cut oil, coal, nuclear, and natural gas generators first, transition to all electric cars, invest heavily in alternatives like solar and then...block out the sun. Sounds like one heckuva plan.
