My current melatonin (only one ‘e’) tablets are 10mg (Swanson brand) and I have taken two on occasion. No problems.

Start with whatever dose you are comfortable with but I take 20 mg on occasion (two Swanson tablets) with no grogginess or other side effects.
People know their health and condition of......and also how this covid vaccine could affect them. Everyone will determine what risk they will take in whatever decision they make....there is no one size fits all.
Always like to get a feedback, sounds good to me, if you have no problem. Some people require more and others less, just have to play it by ear.
I have been on that same vitamin regimen since April 2020 along with approx 25 friends/family members. All of us socially active...restaurants, church, weddings, travel, etc. In other words, we’ve not changed our lives the past year. Not a one of us has tested positive and not a one has even had a cold. I’ve added hydroxychloroquine 200mg each Sunday starting about 6 mos ago.....

That is correct. If I had 2 or more comorbidities, I would probably skip it. But then I see my wife with potent cancer treatments going on for 3+ years, and if she can handle 2 shots of Moderna vaccine without any serious problem, almost anyone in reasonable health should have very little problem with the vaccine.
I take NO SUPPLEMENTS, no HCQ, No zinc, may be just a multi-vit once in a while. I am 81, zero health problems, no colds, no flu, no heart disease, no joint pains, no panic attacks, and can easily jump over a 4 foot hurdle.
It was not so in my mid-50’s. I had chest pains after eating a good restaurant meal and irregular heart beats, panic attacks in closed malls, hip joint and knee pain, high blood pressure, border line diabetic, frequent colds and 20 lbs overweight.
My solution was quit the job, and walk 30 miles a week on the golf course playing 5 rounds of 18 every week. In just 3 years of this grueling exercise, every one of my physical ailments and disappeared. At age 75 I quit golf because of moving to Florida and did not want to pay $50k joining fee at a private golf course again. Now it is treadmill every day followed by working on the weight machines with light weights. No colds in decades, no covid, no nothing. I think 100 is looking doable based on how energetic I feel. Here is a short video of my daily treadmill. Exercise is the best medicine based on my personal experience. In my case I do not need any nutritional supplements. Just eat lots of vegetables and fruits, very little red meat.

Thank you for he reply! You are a pretty lucky person, I have been doing pretty much the same things as you have, swim one mile/day as well as walk 4 miles every day, come rain or shine and been doing this for at least 40 years as well as watching what I eat. Unfortunately having problems with my spinal column along with arthritis etc. So more recently I had to curtail my activities, and I never see eighty again. But I am not complaining as I had a great life, just so my genes were not what they could have been, I guess we just have to deal with what we were given at birth. Take care
