BREAKING: Medical expert testifies George Floyd died from sudden cardiac arrhythmia brought on by heart disease and drugs during restraint by police
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
This was not the first time he used this ploy.
27 Million buys a lot of crack and meth . . .
What obligation?
To do ineffective chest compressions on a thug that was just fighting them and take mmanpower and attention away from a hostile, potentially lethally violent hostile crowd?
If you’re watching the trial live, I have a feeling they’re soon going to get to the failure of the ME to do a thorough toxicological examination of the gastric contents.
“Would Floyd have died that day at that time without the police restraint, due to his heart disease and drug usage?”
Yes. Toxicokinetics of the drug is well established. Lethal concentration does not change dye to being restrained or free.
“Would he have died that day due to the police restraint if he did not have drugs in his system?”
No. There was no evidence of restraint-induced pathology to the body that would account for death.
The defense proved that even handcuffed perps who suddenly come to are a danger, and if they bet loose can hurt innocent bystanders, and endager the public and police.
Yes, Chauvin did use mini al force for the situation that was rapidly unfolding before him when floyd villent, violent, resisted. It was proven and ad itted to by the prosecution’s own witnesses that the restraint used by Chauvin was the least brutal when it came to controlling a very large drugged out suspect. They proved it was much more humane tha other Pproved methods such as beating a resisting suspect til, they give up and comply, using night clubs, black jakcs, batons, etc.
The defense has really done an excellent job laying out how that Chauvin used the least force necessary and for as long as necessary given the facts of the arrests, and given the fact that the ambulance, which was immediately called, was on its way and almost there.
The defense also made the state’s witnesses admit that the use of the restraint was necessary given the increasing hostilities of the crowd. The knee leaves the cops hands free to ejlp ward off attacks by the crowd IF that were to happen, which given the situation, was a very possible possibility.
Even the paramedics drove away fro the scene because the crowd was getting so hostile acting
Really, the defense lays out all those facts, and has gotten the state’s own witnesses to admit almost everything that exonerated Chauvin, much to the dismay of the ‘cops are racist murdrrers’ anti-cop crowd hoping to convict him.
The defense pretty much made the case that Chauvin is innocent during the prosecution’s witness session. Now they, the defense, have their own witnesses to further cement the case for Chauvin. They have addressed all the common complaints by folks who thought the videos showed a white cop killing an innocent black man while in custody. Many folks don’t understand that drugged out perps. Even passed out drugged out perps always present a very very real danger, and must be secured properly before they can be worked on by medical personnel.
The defense did an excellent job proving that Chauvin did everything g by the book and as little force as could be given the increasing hksti, hostile, and also the size of George. Ther are many cases where unconscious people suddenly regain consciousness, still In a drugged out state, with incredible strength, and fight with officers and are a danger.
And remember, all this has to be decided in seconds, during very intense situations, with an increasingly hostile crowd surrounding you while you work to subdue and keep subdued someone who has proven they Wil, fight you if given a 1/2 q chance. Even handcuffed perps can still be very dangerous
Prepare for mostly peaceful riots. 😏
Guess that information is enough to start up a riot these days, but on what premise I don’t understand.
I assume you mean all the cops involved in this particular case? If so yes, by all rights they should be found innocent, but Wil. They is the 64,000 dollar question? The domestic terrorist group called Blm is threatening the jurors. We Will see if justice prevails or if the threats against the jurors by blm and zntifa prevail
Yes I beleive it was proven George was comp.ai ing of not being able to breathe right fro the start. I watched body cameras of the cops as they first encountered George, and video fro other bystanders that showed right at the beginning before George was walked over to the squad car where George was freaking out and complaining that he couldn’t breathe. I’m sure the defense showed these videos I. Court to make their case. I don’t know for sure if they did, but can reaso ably assume they did as you can c,early hear George complaining about not being able to breathe, even when the cops first encountered him
“””If you’re watching the trial live, I have a feeling they’re soon going to get to the failure of the ME to do a thorough toxicological examination of the gastric contents.”””
I agree. Near the end of the Fowler testimony which just ended, Nelson asked Fowler: “without getting into the toxicology,,,,”?
As an aside and rather than a separate posting, here is my summation of Floyd’s increasing stress levels Floyd brought on himself by escalating the situation in 30 minutes preceding his death:
1. Floyd goes into Cup Foods and almost certainly knows he is passing a phony $20 bill.
2. The Cup Foods guy knocks on Floyd’s SUV window and tells him the $20 bill is counterfeit.
3. The first two cops arrive and Floyd refuses to get out of the SUV and one of the cops draws a gun on him.
4. Floyd is out of the SUV and is handcuffed.
5. Not sure if it is two or three cops try to put Floyd into the back seat of the squad car.
6. Three cops remove Floyd from the squad car.
7. Floyd is placed in the prone position and three cops restrain him.
8. Floyd dies from a history of violence, drug use, and a bad heart.
“””And to be taken to a hospital rather than a jail!
This was not the first time he used this ploy.”””
I missed the testimony of the cop who arrested Floyd in I believe April 2019 but I did see the Paramedic testimony who attended to Floyd.
Can you elaborate on what happened during that arrest
This, of course, was deemed inadmissible.
Thanks
#1 Not sure, maybe
#2 No
My ‘expert’ opinion.
I would venture a guess that upon seeing the police while under the influence of drugs, he gulped the rest of them to avoid charges.
