I agree. Near the end of the Fowler testimony which just ended, Nelson asked Fowler: “without getting into the toxicology,,,,”?
As an aside and rather than a separate posting, here is my summation of Floyd’s increasing stress levels Floyd brought on himself by escalating the situation in 30 minutes preceding his death:
1. Floyd goes into Cup Foods and almost certainly knows he is passing a phony $20 bill.
2. The Cup Foods guy knocks on Floyd’s SUV window and tells him the $20 bill is counterfeit.
3. The first two cops arrive and Floyd refuses to get out of the SUV and one of the cops draws a gun on him.
4. Floyd is out of the SUV and is handcuffed.
5. Not sure if it is two or three cops try to put Floyd into the back seat of the squad car.
6. Three cops remove Floyd from the squad car.
7. Floyd is placed in the prone position and three cops restrain him.
8. Floyd dies from a history of violence, drug use, and a bad heart.
