He was dying when the po.ice first got there, before any interaction by the po,ice. George’s first words to police, I. His drugged out state of mind was ‘I can’t breathe. He was panicking because he was having trouble breathing even before police got there. George was already dying.

If that's the case, then all of the cops are innocent and should be free. Did the defense do their job and make this clear to the jury?

Yes I beleive it was proven George was comp.ai ing of not being able to breathe right fro the start. I watched body cameras of the cops as they first encountered George, and video fro other bystanders that showed right at the beginning before George was walked over to the squad car where George was freaking out and complaining that he couldn’t breathe. I’m sure the defense showed these videos I. Court to make their case. I don’t know for sure if they did, but can reaso ably assume they did as you can c,early hear George complaining about not being able to breathe, even when the cops first encountered him
