In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43. This Bill was championed by Senator Bob Giuda and will validate election integrity in our state by mandating a forensic audit on Windham’s 11/3/20 general election ballots and voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020.
The forensic audit will determine the huge discrepancy between the election day results and subsequent recount of Windham’s November 3, 2020 State Rep. race where a difference of 1,363 total votes from just 10,006 ballots was uncovered.
When the Governor signs the Bill into law, it will trigger the process of selecting forensic audit teams: one by the Windham Board of Selectman; one jointly selected by the NH Secretary of State and AG; and a third jointly selected by the BOS and SOS/AG audit teams.
NH Secretary of State Bill Gardner is a rare American leader who has stated on multiple occasions that it is important to choose the correct forensic analyst teams in order to validate and ensure our state’s election integrity. But unfortunately, not all people involved in the selection process are like Secretary Gardner who wants a thorough forensic audit of Windham’s voting machines and ballots.
Unless qualified, expert and proven forensic analyst teams are chosen we will never know what happened regarding the huge discrepancy – and this entire process will be a sham.
We’re almost there… but we’re not done yet!
More to come… including what we will need to do next!
There is no statute of limitations on election results.
The dam, I has burst.
You have your bill, now who is going to keep the buildings housing the evidence from being burned down?
The dam, it has burst.
Sweet!
Nice, I would hope most states could do this. Clearly the deep Blue won’t, but this is a good precedent.
The ballots get shredded, and voting machines are destroyed or stolen in, 10..9..8..7..
I propose former Governor Craig Benson of Rye, NH to be the third auditor.
A tragic warehouse fire......................
Thumbs up!
I agree... Craig was the prototype for trump... the uniparty hated him..
Well, with the (hopefully honest) recount in AZ, Wi, NH and GA (I thing there too), that’s 41 electoral votes. Actually enough to turn the results around. No need for NV, VA, MN, PA and MI. What would happened then?
But all the evidence gets destroyed in less than two years. The ballots and records get shredded.
It does not appear that this looks into any results in the federal candidates. But it is better than nothing.
The dog ate my ballots?
All hell would break loose...............
Does this mean that the All Star game won’t be played at Fisher Cat Stadium?
It would be worth it if we could get valid elections back.
