How can something like this still be on the market in the year 2021? Look at the logo for Little Debbie Snack Cakes. It includes a little girl that is clearly of European-American ancestry.
Little Debbie’s origins are based on a racial stereotype. Little Debbie is that kind of stereotype that is premised on this idea of white inferiority and otherness.

Thank goodness. When I was a kid, my mom made our lunches, and for snacks we got “Little Debbie” snacks. I never liked them, and envied the kids who got Hostess snacks...:)
