I’ll be going maskless to the early service tomorrow. This is a former church of mine that I attended several years ago until I saw the writing on the walls on how “seeker sensitive” they’ve been.
They require masks until you are seated. How far should I push this?
Why even bother?
Depends on your motive
Are you going to worship the Risen Lord
.....or what
Not “bothering” is why we are in our current cultural predicament.
Rather hide in your basement?
You may not understand, it going maskless IS worship acceptable to my Risen Lord.
Why even post this ?
.
Why even answer this post?
Time to show you are a real man. Fist fight with priest, ruin Easter, disrespect Christ; do whatever you need to do to make yourself feel important on Easter.
So, you wish to disrupt people attending church to worship God and celebrate the resurrection of Christ on Easter Sunday? I’m thinking you are either posting on the wrong forum, or your obsession with masks has gone a little further than you realize.
Find a different church to attend would be my advice.
No fist fights are in the future; sorry to disappoint. And no “priests.” This is an evangelical church.
MY obsession with masks?!!
Does the irony completely escape you?
Why have fellowship with darkness? I am going to hear the Gospel preached tomorrow.
The irony was intended and pretty obvious, but it appears it escapes you.
This is personal. The church once held a dear place in my heart. It has fallen.
The morning will still be young.
I just don’t see the point of going to a church that you never go to just to get some folks riled up.
I’ve been to a whole lot of different churches over the years, a few weird and freaky ones too.
If I don’t agree with one or am uncomfortable around the congregation I just don’t go back.
If folks get riled up because my face is exposed, that’s on them. Wouldn’t you agreed?
Easter Sunday is a poor choice for provoking a confrontation.
The other worshipers are there to worship our risen savior.
Leave your ego out of it.
Christ has risen from the grave.
You can rise above this.
When confronted say you have a medical condition and when they ask you what that condition is tell them they have just committed a hate crime by violating the HIPAA medical privacy act.
