“..And of course the wonderful milk.”

“Wonderful milk” is now on my ever growing list of oxymorons. LOL

(Never could stand the moo juice. Always had to hold my nose to get it down, and never drank a drop again after leaving my parents’ home.)

Same here on the milk. My doctor told me to start drinking it for the calcium and I said “only with chocolate in it”. She just rolled her eyes.

A good term for today -That’s because modern dairy processing has ruined it - and made it practically worthless from a nutrient and enzyme stand point.

Homogenized milk renders it a negative, as does ultra pasteurization-makes the body recognize it as the toxin it is.

But milk directly from the cow has a lot of healing qualities. And light pasteurization(a low temperature slower method)leaves most of the good stuff in tact.

There is zero milk in stores that are for sure good to drink. Only organic is guaranteed to be GMO free ( and hence reduced in round up etc. as well as franken food free) and it is ruined with ultra pasteurization.

Regular milk has grain fed -likely GMO feed. The grass fed cows are the ones with the nutrients that your body needs that are hard to get elsewhere.
