Wisconsin's public health order, that Democrat Gov. Tony Evers repeatedly used to enforce a statewide mask mandate, has been struck down by the state's Supreme Court. On Wednesday, the court overruled Evers after he continued to enact mask mandates across Wisconsin, without the approval of the legislature, even after his original one had expired.
