Coronavirus cases continue to rise across the United States, fueling fears of a fourth wave as officials urge Americans to keep following public health measures.

Michigan is currently leading the nation in average new cases with a 14 percent rise over the past week and a 208 percent increase over the last month.
Additionally, in the Northeast, New York and New Jersey are seeing spikes in infections and stubbornly high test positivity rates.

This helps get up closer to herd immunity. Combine cases 30 million known (probably twice that) and vaccinations at 150million and 60 million immune to it, that’s approaching 70% of the population.

That was true until about a week (deaths) or two (cases) ago. Former is rising again and the latter has stayed fairly flat, but both are massively down from early Jan.
Fauci and people like him are career bureaucrats who probably dreamed of having a pandemic so they could be in the spotlight and gain notoriety....
As this pandemic slows and begins to fade away, Fauci and his ilk will do everything possible to be relevant, scaring the public, changing the goalposts, etc....in order to remain in the public eye.....
