I’m really hoping that by some miracle they find this guy not guilty. Minneapolis deserves to be burnt to the ground.
It won’t be just Minneapolis, and it could happen even if he’s found guilty. Hell, they’ve published the names of the people on the jury! These people will likely either need to be relocated or will be terrorized for the rest of their lives (or both) if they vote to acquit.
“Are you a certified medical doctor?”
They have to tape of this guy?
He probably self identifies as one.
They [the prosecution] is really piling it on. They are pulling out all stops. Perjured testimony, manufactured facts, normally inadmissible testimony. But that is what the future holds. Thank you Biden and obama voters. Ant thank you for the raising price of gasoline and groceries. Hopefully you will starve to death because sooner or later the Democrats are going to cut off your food stamps.
Angry hoardes or celebratory hoardes. Verdict? Either way, there will be something getting torn up.
The trial should have been moved...what juror wants their house burned down...
He did what the training said,,,I think his knee was on his shoulder
The defense just needs to show the toxicology report that shows Floyd swallowed the drugs that killed him.
Doesn’t matter where the trial is located - the mob would still burn down the juror’s houses
But his time of death is approx. 9:30 pm on the Death Certificate.
I believe I witnessed suicide.Making this POS Floyd a Saint is disgusting. What blacks do to themselves and to each other on a daily basis is the reality. There has to be a million Floyds running around in American DNC plantations.
Not here.
It isn't quite that simple...
they would anywhere
So, what is Chauvin’s defense doing?
He should have moved to dismiss right after the first juror was released because they were afraid of mob action.
It can be surprisingly difficult to get a trial moved. Perhaps counterintuitively, it becomes significantly more difficult as trial publicity increases. The rationale is that if a trial has reached peak media saturation, there’s no place in the state that would be sufficiently insulated from coverage to provide any real benefit from moving.
MN is additionally handicap because there simply aren’t many options available because there aren’t that many sufficiently-sized cities. Remember, there has to be hospitality facilities to accommodate the entire trial; they don’t just relocate the defendant, but the ENTIRE trial staff from the court-reporter to the judge.
But I agree. This case presents a very unique circumstance for the very reason you said. Not only what Minneapolis juror wants their house burned down, but how many want to see the city they live and likely work in burned down?
And remember, he’s a MMA expert, and thus an expert witness. An online gamer witness, meanwhile could say “I don’t know why the cop didn’t just power up his Sword of Destiny — you get extra points for that.”
