The PVA is nothing more than a UN/WHO front to clamor for free vaccines world wide. They are fear mongering that no one is safe until all are safe. IOW, they want us to pay for their vaccines.
You know, COVID-21-March, COVID-21-April, COVID-21-May etc.
When a virus mutates, it weakens. There is not a single case of a virus ever mutating to be more dangerous or deadly than it’s original form.
