Being the Supreme Court supposedly has a conservative majority one would think it could be counted on to slap down such an EO. But, John Roberts seems to be scared of his shadow lately and has gone wobbly on tough decisions, especially those favoring conservatives.
I have no faith that the SCOTUS will protect the 2nd amendment. A EO cant be used to limit rights. Chairman Joe will set into motion the events leading to a real insurrection. And it wont be like that fake that happened on Jan 6th.

I was discussing this with some leftists. My comment was this: When it gets bad enough, the right will be in DC again, and they will be armed to the teeth.
But I suspect it will have to get pretty bad. People don’t do that sort of thing, en-mass until they really have nothing to lose.
The difference now between and then is that the democrats are dead solid sure that elections are now obsolete. They don’t have any worries about facing the voters.
