Being the Supreme Court supposedly has a conservative majority one would think it could be counted on to slap down such an EO. But, John Roberts seems to be scared of his shadow lately and has gone wobbly on tough decisions, especially those favoring conservatives.
By bowing to the Left and allowing those who despise America to amend the Constitution through the use of EOs, the USSC has defaulted on its primary duty — and several justice’s have defiled their oaths — to defend the Constitution.
