Its “not a cheat sheet”?? there are the photos of the ugly ones with a circled number next to their name. This clearly indicates who he will call on and in what order; can there be any doubt that he had the questions in advance?
The pictures are numbered. The number on each reporter’s picture corresponds to the numbered answers in his notebook.
So, he calls on the “reporter,” gets the question that has been submitted ahead of time to his staff, and turns to the corresponding numbered answer in his notebook that he then reads off verbatim or tries to read and instead rambles on with an unrelated, meandering, confused answer.
That’s why the reporters were so well-behaved and respectful. They all knew the part they were to play in this charade of a news conference. Don’t confuse poor Joe. Nothing should be spontaneous or unexpected for someone suffering from senile dementia.

That part was surreal. I really thought I might have zoned out. No, it was him. Again.
Someone said that much of the time he had his head down and seemed to be reading the answers.
Could have had notes, or maybe a large screen tablet with someone typing the answers in real time...?
Woe. Even with a dedicated infrastructure and press compliance to walk him through it, he still can’t do it.
It would be bad enough for Biden and his handlers to have had the questions ahead of time, but did he have the answers in written form so he could read them?

The list of pictures is numbered so he can read the numbered answer in his notebook that corresponds to the reporter who submitted his/her question ahead of time to his staff.
When he mixed up the reporter with the numbered answer, he gave an answer that corresponded to another reporter’s question.
The whole thing was staged. If we had honest reporters, someone would come forward with this fraud and report it.
