Eat whatever you like because you will still DIE, don't allow motivational speakers to deceive you.

1. The inventor of the treadmill had died at the age of 54

2. The inventor of gymnastics died at the age of 57

3. The world bodybuilding champion died at the age of 41

4. The best footballer in the world Maradona, died at the age of 60.

BUT

5. The KFC inventor died at 94.

6. Inventor of Nutella brand died at the age of 88

7. Imagine, cigarette maker Winston died at the age of 102

8. The inventor of opium died at the age of 116 in an earthquake

9. Hennessey inventor dies at 98.

How did these doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?

The rabbit is always jumping up and down but it lives for only 2 years and the turtle that doesn’t exercise at all, lives 400 years.

So, take some rest, chill, stay cool, eat, drink and enjoy your life. ️

“You left out Jim Fixx.”

He had been a heavy smoker and had bad genes.

I always like to think of Winston Churchill, who was overweight most of his life, drank like a fish and smoked like a chimney, yet lived to the ripe old age of 90.

I had to look him up!

James Fuller Fixx was an American who wrote the 1977 best-selling book The Complete Book of Running. He is credited with helping start America’s fitness revolution by popularizing the sport of running and demonstrating the health benefits of regular jogging. He died of a heart attack while jogging at 52 years of age;

Then there was Euell Theophilus Gibbons (September 8, 1911 – December 29, 1975) was an outdoorsman and early health food advocate, promoting eating wild foods during the 1960s; eat a pine tree. Health nut died at 64.

But at least Gibbons thought he was healthy when he died. People should enjoy the day they have instead of trying to enjoy the day after tomorrow. There is always that big bus that could run into you.

I truly believe that champagne (sparkling wine), for whatever reason, is good for you! I love it, and Churchill used to get kegs shipped from France as he was good friends with a woman who owned a popular vineyard in Champagne. I don;t believe cigars are good for you though, esp. after what happened to Rush...RIP!

Yeah, when I was a kid I thought he was much older. Human bodies/digestive systems were not designed to eat grains. There’s a reason (many, actually) why raw vegetables and fruits are really not that good for you!
