Kennedy told police that on March 3, she went for a swim in a canal near her boyfriend's house. She told them that while she was swimming, she came across a doorway near a shallow part of the canal.
Kennedy said she entered the doorway and noticed a tunnel.
She claimed she became curious to where the tunnel led and continued to follow it. She told police the tunnel led to another tunnel and so on until she realized she was lost.

What did she eat and drink?
Meth, its whats for breakfast.
I was thinking: Was she on drugs...
She was hooking up with someone else and this is her hare brained plan to not have her bf find out.

Dogs find enough sustenance from eating their own poo.
Her mother said she had a history of making bad decisions. Ya think!
Just past the door she found a bottle on a table with a note on it. It said, “Drink me”.

She also said that her daughter has a history of doing odd things and making bad decisions.

Your comment reminds of the time I interviewed someone for a sales position in our small engineering services company. The candidate said that he had previously worked for Terminix, and he was the only salesman there who had become certified as an exterminator to better know his product.
He added, "Did you know that cockroaches can survive on their own excrement?"
To which I replied, "Doesn't the efficiency of that run down eventually? Isn't there some sort of thermodynamic/entropic limit at play here?"
BTW, we hired him and he was good. But, he didn't answer my question.
Something’s not right. 3 weeks naked in a rat and snake infested sewer seems unbelievable
I aint even gonna wonder what she ate.
Well we know one thing, her immune system is pretty much bulletproof now, no worries about getting COVID.
Woman claims she wandered sewer system for 3 weeks until she was rescued

Then she realized she was in San Francisco.
Perhaps she could have tried tunnels that sloped downwards
