FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. - A Fayetteville man said his last paycheck from his former employer came in the form of over 90,000 oil- or grease-covered pennies dumped on his driveway.

Andreas Flaten said he left his job at A OK Walker Autoworks in November 2020. He said he was supposed to get his final paycheck, but was having difficulty getting it.

Sorry Employer lost any sympathy from me when they act in a stupid manor like this

You’re complaining about the ex-employee’s house?

You are assuming he was something other then an employee.

That's right I am......

You have nothing to support it but your own speculation.

No speculation but fact. Did you not check out the link I provided in Post #49?

Apparently Mr. Andreas Flaten has his own company.........But that wouldn't matter, would it?............

So tell me dude since you appear to have all the inside information, was Mr. Andreas Flaten really an employee or a dead beat contractor?

The bottom line is, you don't really know what the real circumstances were do you? And yet you're all gung ho to cast judgment on the employer simply because of this one sided story of an alleged pissed off employee?

Is that what this site has become? Judge, jury and hanging based on a news report?

Apparently so.........

Contractors do not get pay checks.

But you have already been proven to be an very poor reader at the very least on this very thread.

And you know even less.

And yet you're all gung ho to cast judgment on the employer simply because of this one sided story of an alleged pissed off employee?

Once again you have been proven to be a VERY poor reader.

I did nothing even close to what you have accused me of with no evidence. You are undermining your own position. Which was a pretty stupid one in the first place.

Is that what this site has become? Judge, jury and hanging based on a news report?
Apparently so.........

Switch to decaf and stop being hysterical.

Contractors do not get pay checks.

Contractors do get checks. With that being said until you can prove that this guy was indeed an employee and not a pissed off contractor who owns the company Flaten Mobile Autoworks, LLC or whose son owns Norse Freight Forwarding, LLC, I'm going to refrain from responding to any other idiotic comments condemning the employer from idiots who have yet to be able to post the employer's side of the story........

And that includes YOU.......

Guilty till proven innocent.......LOL!

97.5% zinc, 2.5% copper 82-2021, pre 82 95% copper

They switched about the time I had high school chemistry. You could melt the zinc ones in a bunsen burner flame but not the copper ones. You could also get in trouble for randomly sticking things into the bunsen burner flame.

Federal law states that you can’t force anyone (business or private individual) to accept any form of payment that they have not agreed to in advance.

There is “no Federal statute mandating that a private business, a person or an organization must accept currency or coins as for payment for goods and/or services.”

You really have gone off the deep end.

You want me to prove that something you dreamed up out of whole cloth is fantasy?

In what universe is that even close to reasonable?

But you can start with the fact that the Georgia Department of Labor does not get involved in contract disputes.

Ok let us go over the facts not even contested.

Andreas Flaten was owned money by A OK Walker Autoworks. Not in dispute.

They did not want to pay for what ever reason. Not in dispute.

Finally five months later they paid up in the most obnoxious way possible. Not in dispute.

You, for some reason, think this is ok. Not in dispute.

You are hysterical over the fact that anyone else would not think it was ok. And invent wild scenarios in which it still would not be ok. Not in dispute.

Conclusion: You have become disconnected from reality. Probably disputable but your rants back it up.

Solution: That is up to you. Totally none of my business.

"Flaten said his former employer — A OK Walker Autoworks in Peachtree City — owed him $915 after he left his job there in November."

Coinstar helped soyboy out. Did him a solid. Maybe they let him keep the grease.
