COVID-19 News: A new study by researchers from Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research-Cambridge, Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering-Harvard University, Department of Biology-Massachusetts Institute of Technology  and the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences-Harvard University have alarmingly discovered that the SARS-CoV-2 RNA is reverse-transcribed and integrated into the human genome. These study findings have a wide range of implications and could change the course of medical science and human genetics along with a wide range of other unimaginable implications.

Individuals who recover from COVID-19 sometimes later test positive for SARS-CoV-2, suggesting their immune systems could not ward off a second attack by the coronavirus or that they have a lingering infection. This now hints at a different explanation in which the virus hides in an unexpected place. The study suggests the pandemic pathogen takes a page from HIV and other retroviruses and integrates its genetic code but, importantly, just parts of it into human’s chromosomes. The phenomenon, if true and frequent, could have profound implications that range from false signals of active infection to misleading results from COVID-19 treatment studies.
 
Prolonged SARS-CoV-2 RNA shedding and recurrence of PCR-positive tests have been widely reported in patients after recovery, yet these patients most commonly are non-infectious.
 
In this stud the researchers investigated the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs were being reverse-transcribed and integrated into the human genome and that transcription of the integrated sequences might account for PCR-positive tests.
 
In support of this hypothesis, the study team found chimeric transcripts consisting of viral fused to cellular sequences in published data sets of SARS-CoV-2 infected cultured cells and primary cells of patients, consistent with the transcription of viral sequences integrated into the genome.
 
To experimentally corroborate the possibility of viral retro integration, the study team describe evidence that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse transcribed in human cells by reverse transcriptase (RT) from LINE-1 elements or by HIV-1 RT, and that these DNA sequences can be integrated into the cell genome and subsequently be transcribed.

I think it is entirely in our best interest to learn as much as possible about any vaccine. There is so much pro and con info out there that it is hard to really come to a sensible decision as to get a vaccine or not. I don’t, at this time, really want to get any of the vaccines. Mostly because I just do not trust the government (particularily the money behind the control of it). With all tthe crap that’s going on with our government I am extremely leery about the lengths they are going to convince and pressure people into getting a vaccine.
That being said, I think I am eventually (probably sooner than later) going to get a vaccine because in order to lead the happiest life I can envision requires international travel.
Also, consider this for a moment, I find it a little disturbing that the countries that have the highest percentages of COVID19 deaths and severe cases are also the countries that the highest percentages of people who routinely get the annual “flu shot”. The correlation not is not without variances but still....? I would really like to see actual true numbers of COVID19 deaths of people who get an annual flu shot compared to COVID19 deaths of people who have never got a “flu shot”. Thoughts???

Yes. They’ve known but they’ve hidden it by claiming no sample of the SARS 2 virus is available. This is patently false, obviously so. But, if they refuse to send objective researchers a sample, then those researchers cannot prove it.

I think we’ve also been told it’s a combo of bat and human RNA sequences - an impossibility outside the lab.

I’ve seen other scientific research papers which discuss the insertion of HIV fragments as matter of fact (one was Chinese researcher - may God protect all whistleblowers). On the Q thread we posted about it but again - no one had proof they could print so we didn’t either. Whatever was posted was derided as lies.

This is classic evidence that the Vaccine can modify the DNA through it’s mRNA. That’s a hot topic with trolls.

I’ve also seen detailed descriptions of how the biowarfare engineers continued to tweak Sars1 to produce ‘gain of function’ that eventually resulted in Sars2.

The paper I posted was produced 3 months ago. I imagine it’s been hard to get anyone to peer review it objectively; they’d be stripped of credentials/labs/funding. More likely controlled or black hat researchers will torpedo the reputation of the paper. Thailand Medical News’s website may be our only chance at ever seeing this research.

mRNA isn’t the same as DNA, and it cannot combine with our DNA to change our genetic code. It is also relatively fragile, and will only hang around inside a cell for about 72 hours, before being degraded.

mRNA vaccines are based on the same ancient premise going on in our cells now and since the dawn of RNA: -- delivering mRNA into our cells, which they will use to manufacture a viral protein.

For instance, when we are infected with a virus - including relatively harmless viruses like those that cause the common cold - these invaders inject their genetic material into our cells, resulting in pieces of mRNA encoding viral proteins for the common cold being sent to our protein-making machinery.

The mRNA vaccines for COVID-19 work the same way as the common cold virus.

The mRNA Covid 19 vaccines provide instructions for making the same viral Covid-19 protein --- the coronavirus ‘spike’ protein used by the virus to gain entry to our cells.

Studies indicated that it was highly immunogenic, meaning if our immune cells encounter this protein, they will mount a strong response --- which should protect recipients against future COVID-19 disease. Once our cells have manufactured the viral protein, it is displayed on their surfaces where passing immune cells can spot it and respond.

Once inside the cell, the mRNA comes into contact with protein making-machinery located in the jelly-like cytoplasm filling the cell. It does not enter the nucleus, which is where our chromosomes (DNA) are stored.

I didn’t say it combined, I provided the term reverse transcription. It occurs in HIV and this paper indicates it also appears in the Covid-19 Virus, and the Vaccine .
